she acted with him Sun when he went to get articles she had of his. She tho't he acted anything but a gentleman the night of the garden party tho't he sneered at her. Said no matter what she did think of him she thought nothing of him now. It 12 when he went. He wished Ida & I would go or be with him any time we hadn't any one else just to show B. he could go with someone else.
Thur 29th.. Mabel, Ina, Gordon & Pa all went fishing. I done all ironing. S & Alf came down Mrs Best & Ada Biggs called. I met him with Sarah Tho't folks glad to get me away for a while they tho't I tho't nothing could get done with out me so I thought I'd show them & I went & stayed got back last night Tues night.
Frid 30th.. Aug Helping Sarah churn bake etc. Eliza Ruth Ireland in for dinner & tea & she talked all after noon. I so sleepy. Alf S. & I drove down to Josiah Alton Alf went coon hunting. We had nice time. Had magic lantern show & we talked till 10. S had a sleep. It 12 then got home.
Sat 31st.. Aug. Arthur B. birthday Got work done early Had a bath. Wolsley came over to get hair cut, us singing & playing when Phil came. Had a great sing then Alf made me go to get a drink of water Just as I could get alone with Phil & Wolsley in the mean time just up stairs & decorated my bed with every thing then they went 10.30
Sun 1st.. Sep / 89. Up at Sarah's. Very hot day laying around. I asleep, up stairs & heard some quacking so got up & it Wolsley & Phil. we had a good sing they wanted us to go home with them for dinner but Alf wouldn't so S. wouldn't. We all went to sleep & heard a noise & who should it be but Dave & Arthur B. drove up. S & I got dinner. They said they never knew I was there. We got ready & went to M church & Dave & Arthur followed till there horse locked so they didn't get to church. Had a song service very nice. Lila & Josie out & Phil & Wolsley Gertie wanted me to ride home with them but didn't so she came in for me
