17 This is our fast day. Mr McGillivrary, Brockv. preached, not many present. drizzled all day

20 Monday. Murdy was all day at Mowets S.B. running a line. I got 1 doz thread on Saturday cost 45 cts. Got pan bread today, 25 coal oil 13, was at Lodge a good meeting 50 38
22 Was at prayermeeting Mr Leitch conducted the meeting
23 I am busy the days are short
24 I had a letter from Jimie and was answering it when McKillop came back from Martintown It is cold and wet
25 Murdy went for Far, he is going to Sarnia Monday
26 I did not go to church today Service was in the afternoon Mr Burnet preached
27 Murdy drove McKillop to Lancaster this evening, to go to Cornwall got 1 pan bread 25 25
28 I washed Pa & Murdy began to put out manure. got 1 pan bre. 25
29 Fine all forenoon
