Week day Mo: day Thermom at Noon Wind Remarks
Tuesday 22 32° N.W. A very cold and Stormy day. Jno. Davidson's cow "Sissy' calved last night at 10. O'clock a fine Heifer Calf - 2 fine large Pine Logs sent to Snyder's Saw Mill.
Wednesday 23 44 W.N.W. A dull, but pleasant day on the whole. In the Evening it came on again to Snow
Thursday 24 36 SW Cold day, sushine at times.
Friday 25 39 WSW Very fine sunny day. The New Tavern opened to day by Nickles
Saturday 26 53 SW Warm sunny day. A good deal of snow has gone of to Day but still here is no appearance of fresh.
Sunday 27 56 WSW Beautiful day warm and fresh.~ In the afternoon the sky became overcast, and rain fell soft and warm ~
Monday 28 54 SE. cloudy and fresh day, with rain occasionally. Snow melting
Tuesday 29 56 S. Cloudy and fresh day.. Rain in the afternoon. Rode down to Berlin wt James Davidson to consult Dr Pott about his side. May accompanied us, got in the Balance of Straw & Wheat
Wednesday 30 65 W.S.W. Fine warm fresh day.... Got in the balance of Straw and {rest illegible} Started in the Train, with Jane & May to pay a visit to Mr Slack and family at Galt .. Mr Shade is very hospitable and we spent a very agreeable fornoon returned home at night. --
Thursday 31 60 SW Although the frost is very severe during night the fresh is strong while the sun is up. this has been a dull cloudy day.
