I drove to St. Thomas at noon and then went with Harry over to London to see about a piano. Maude and Osmond were here tonight . Mrs. Davies was down this afternoon. Mother washed while I was away. Have been quilting.

=== Jan. 12. Thursday 12. === An other dreary dull day with non sunshine Eugene came over and cut up the beef this morning and we canned.
