TUESDAY 29
Da ploughing in manure below potatoes for grey stone turnip and sowed then in afternoon. Brock getting the foundalion and shell ready for cement trough at lacy well. He to town at night for cement. Quite a shower at noon and another about five o' clock.
WEDNESDAY 30
Putting in cement trough at low well. Then Brock cleaning pens and chopping and Da digging up weeds. Brock to gather garden party at night. Beautiful day.

THURSDAY 1
Brock and Elora and Alma garden party at night. Da hold the field potatoes. Fine day. Thunder storm towards morning.
