September 1920
THURSDAY 9
Drawing in from other place. Jack Walker helping also Eluin, Gerald, Harry and Roy here in afternoon with team. Drew 15 loads. Stacking behind barn. Fine until about four. Here misty and quite a heavy rain by six o' clock.
FRIDAY 10
Da leveling grain in barn in forenoon. Brock to Moorefield with 7 pigs. Took hay loader and rake to low driving house in afternoon and starightening up in barn. Mr. Shaner from Arthur here in evening. Fine day.
SATURDAY 11
Drew in 2 loads of wheat when it came on rain about ten o' clock. Very heavy rain with thunder and lightening at noon. Put cement braugh in pig pen in afternoon. We to town at night. Bright afternoon.
