MONDAY 8
Dap a nd Brock at Harry threshing all day. Fine and bright at times. Tabby 2 yrs dead.
TUESDAY 9
Clara and Melville left for home about 1:30p.m. Went to Harrys in morning but broke feeder so came home and went back after dinner to finish. Choring at home and filling up grid of chap. Brock to town with ih and at horses shod in p.m. Da tapped and borrowed pack next of turnip. Rain in night, dull and colder sleet at night.
WEDNESDAY 10
Drew in rest of suede turnip in forenoon. Then tapped, harrowed out and drew in greystones. Thirty seven loads turnip 18 mangelo. Fall of snow through the night. Snowing a little all day. Colder.
