August 1921
Brock to church at night. Cloudy and cool.
MONDAY 15
Brock to moonefiled to called pay for lamb. Working in bush all day getting and herching wood. Harry Jones called. Warmer but cloudy and had drying much. Mr.and Ms. Euing died in car near Orangeville this Eag.
TUESDAY 16
Lorne having turninto second fine and Brock cultivating summer tallow. Drew in 2 loads of lawn, 2 farm over ditch but it was lamb. Cloudy in morning but a warm bright afternoon. We dawn to M evening M erg hoem to home to loage.
WEDNESDAY 17
Having in morning and choring round in afternoon. Dull windy morning. Rainy afternoon.
