Monday July 6. Fine and hot. Noble went over to Scott's this morning and came back to-night.

Tuesday July 7. Fine and hot. Noble and I went in to town. The Burgoyne garden party took place to-night. Aberdour lost in a baseball match to Burgoyne 11-7.

Wed. July 8. Fine and hot. Noble came over to Scott's and I came to Uncle Andrew's. We were coiling hay. Uncle Andrew, Aunt Minnie and Helen Hamilton went to Paisley.

Thursday July 9. Fine and hot. I was cutting thistles all day. Uncle Johnnie Aunt Jennie and Jessie Gowanlock were over
