Thursday Aug 13. Dull with rain. I returned home.
Friday Aug 14. Fine and hot. Went over to Uncle Andrew's after dinner.
Saturday Aug. 15. Fine and cool. Hauling in oats and hoeing mangels.
Sunday Aug. 16. Dull and wet, fine in the evening. Mr. McLeod preached here to-day.
Monday Aug. 17. Fair Dull and wet in morning, fine in afternoon, Thunder storm at night.
Tuesday Aug. 18. Dull and wet in the morning but no rain in afternoon. Arthur Edgar and I went up to Arran Lake.
Wednesday Aug. 19. Dull and hot but fine in afternoon. We (Uncle Alfred and family and Olive and I) went to the lake for a picnic.
