Sat 15 Clear and cold went up to Tavistock forenoon pruning apple trees afternoon
Sun 16 Ground covered with snow this morning At home all day, Rob't Rofs preached at Burns
Mon 17 Wintry, cleaning calf pens forenoon cutting wood afternoon Adam Henderson had tea with us. Charlie Knott staying with us to night
Tues 18 Very warm pruning apple trees forenoon went to Alex McKays wood bee afternoon
Wed 19 Fine, finished pruning apple trees Alex went to Woodstock
Thur 20 Taking in our turnip pit - very warm 70° in the shade.
Fri 21 Fencing to-day went down to choir practice in the evening
Sat 22 Piling wood, Alex went to Tavistock for clover seed to-night
Sun 23 Went to Burns Church in the morning attended Bible class in the evening
Mon 24 Building fence to-day went over to see Pete Rofs at night
Tues 25 Fine and warm staking fence went to Tavistock in the evening
Wed 26 Hanging wall paper to-day. began ploughing afternoon
Thur 27 Helping Jemima paper, Albert Jagger ploughed
Fri 28 Went to Tavistock afternoon with a load of chop went down to Hickson in the evening
Sat 29 Drawing rails Jemimas, driving posts afternoon
Sun 30 Went to Burns Church in the morning listened to Rev Tyr Johnston. Attended Bible Class in the evening
