Saugeen May 20th. 1864 Settled with Henry Schwendker to this date and gave my Note due on december for the sum of Twenty two Dollars Seventy-two cts. Interest at Ten per ct. N.E. Leeder
Saugeen May 20th. 1864 Settled with Frederick Schwendker to this date. Gave my Note for the Sum of Two Hundred and Sixty Dollars with Eight per cent. Interest. The Note payable in two years.
N.E. Leeder Saugeen May 21st. 1864 Gave an Order on Mary Leeder for the Sum of Three and half Dollars payable on demand to Frederic Stafford.
N.E. Leeder Saugeen May 21st. 1864 Agreed with Mr. Ruby to draw Three Deeds for the Gore Lot he will wait till I can pay him. The Lot is first to be Deeded to my Father then he has to give Robert and me a deed each for our Five Acres. Attend to this Quickly.
N.E. Leeder Saugeen May 21st. 1864 Pay John Zant as soon as you get the money. Pay Louis Lies his money when he shows his Note Pay Clement Seaforth Note. Pay enough on Jacobs Note. to reduce it below Forty Dolrs. Pay Mr John Goble Two Dolrs.
