this afternoon cutting wood.
S. 26th. Finished thrashing part of the mow of peas cleaned them up and commenced thrashing Oats. 10 bushls of peas to add to pea a/c.
S. 27th. Sister Lizzie paid us a Visit.
M. 28th. Hauled turnips. Thrashed oats.
T. 29th. Thrashing oats cleaned up timothy seed.
W. 30th. Cleaned up and took to Port Elgin 24 Bushls. of peas sold them to Ruby & Hilker for 48 cents per B. equal to $11.56, paid Ruby for drawing out three Deeds. and registering the same $8.25, also One barrel of salt $2.25 received cash $1.06
Th. 31st. Cleaned up peas. carried 19 B. 45 lbs of peas & sold them to Ruby & Hilker 81/2 yds of cotton @ 22 cts per yd=$1.87. From Monday the 8th of Janry, I have misdated, and am therefore one day behind time.
