T. 1st. Robert plowing; Father picking up and burning. Self chopping and splitting wood. Sold Lady cow to Mr Robert Craig over the river for $21.00 and received five of that amount.
W. 2nd. Chopping & splitting wood. Robert at plow.
Th. 3rd. Chopping and splitting wood. Robert at plow. Father half day draging for C F S with my little oxen.
F. 4th. Father whole day draging for C F S. An Order on Anderson from C F for 50 cts. Sow to Andersons boar paid by order from C F S.
S. 5th. Robert plowing, self chopping and Father draging.
M. 7th. Hauling wood home, Robert plowing.
T. 8th. Plowing getting wood home etc. Hauling wood.
Th. 10th. Mr Craig paid me the balamce on the cow and took her away. Sowed 21/2 of oats 61/2 B. skiding logs plowing etc.
F. 11th. Split some rails. Plowing Commenced to get the muck together. Paid Iden $3.00 this makes it square on the note. Paid Ellen G. 1.25
S. 12th. Getting manure together. Sent a grist of peas to mill to be chopped 12 B. and 1 of oats. Sent 63 lbs of beans to Gordons.
S. 13th. Robert Craig a heifer to Bull.
M. 14th. Posted a letter to Uncle Fred containing a P.O.U. for £4.00 Sterling. Paid Lehnen fifty cents for same also 48 cts for mending tins. Roberts Beauty heifer to Bull.
T. 15th. Stuarts cow to bull. Plowing draging and getting manure together.
W. 16th. Getting Manure Together, draging, plowing etc. Paid Mutter One Dolr in work done.
Th. 17th. Sowed 21/2 acres of wheat: about 3 Bs. Father draging Robert plowing. Nat. getting manure together.
F. 18th. Getting manure together. Draging & Plowing.
S. 19th. Getting manure together, Plowing draging pulling down old log fence etc.
M. 21st. Father for Mr. John Goble loging. Robert diging stump draging plowing emptied the sheep place of manure
