F. 27th. Sowing seed on the field next to Schwendkers where I sowed seed last year where it did not take well. Rob. chopping wood. Father draging. Lady and Amy cows took the bull.

S. 28th. Self spliting wood Father and Robert draging. Richard Hayden had 42^1/2 lbs. of wheat for seed paid 50 cents on the same.

M. 30th. Robert began to plow for Oats. Self chopping and splitting wood. Father picking up and burning.
