The sills of some durable timber. The sleepers of cedar. The frame to be a good Substantial one and finished all ready for Siding Roofing & flooring. I am to find the joists of sawn timber also Rafters and sheds of the same. The sleepers are to be two feet apart the joists & Rafters eighteen inches from centre to Centre. I find board for him and his hands. The Frame to be ready by the 15th. of September . James Davidson 56 lbs of Flour.

S. 26th. To James Davidson as per A/C from L. & Rubys for $ 2. amd 5 d but Booked to me as s.11.11/2 d.
S. 27th.
M. 28th. Goods as per A/C from E. Gordon to James Davidson. $5.19 cts. Self 3/4 of a day at Barn. Father all day at Shingles. am Indebted to Fred 25cts. for an axe handle for James Davidson.
T. 29th. Father making shingles and myself at the barn.
