Go to Tannery at 8. Get proceeds of Dft sent yesterday to TP&Co., send TP&co. $675 Cash. Dft payable to my order for $86445 Discount & stamps $3555, & {retain?} $325 for Tannery Expenses
Pay to Waters $600 on a/c on N. Webbs his a/v against Tannery in full $960 {hfs?} Bus {Hair?} $1200 on a/c my private a/c Pay Retshies $150 sawing wood
MARCH FRIDAY 3 1876
Go to Tannery at 8. & remain all day. Pay Men this Eve'g. I pay C Hughs $150 & the 50 cts I gave him Sunday makes $200 Ive paid him. I engage him from Mch 1st at $750 per week to look after tanning & carry out my instructions. I tell Carson I've engaged him.
