got a whip 50 cts paid Mr Johnson 70 cts for setting tire on buggy the last time & sharpening some granite tools gave Deb Cambell a $100 for cement Mother came on out to Sarahs had dinner we came on to Aunt Anns I left her the medicine $125 that I got last saturday came on to Moultens stayed for tea got home about eight was a nice day mr Kenny said he worked about 7 hours Chas Taber gave me a cheque for $4500 payable the 31 of Oct & 25 cts to pay charges

22nd I sent letters to EM Bracken & GG & Co there two letters were returned from dead letter office for stamps I sent RY Marble Co $11.78 cts cost 10 cts for PO order Mr Adam came down gave me a cheque for $9.25 cts my bill was $1200 he kept the balance for fixing cement walk that I brock 25 cts for meat I went to Con meating in eve Mr Kenny worked about 9 hours was a nice day

23rd I took Abraham Abrams headstone out to day it is $1500 not paid I also took Lakies marker out it is paid for Rob Gamble was in he & his man for dinner I put wash on Rouswell Base this afternoon I bargained with Rob Gamble for 6 bags of potatoes at 75 cts a bag gave a youngster 2 cts Mr Kenny worked about nine hours have left to night $15.75 cts nice day

24th I lettered six footstones & two posts Jack L lettered Cut Ripley on GH Howards man came in we loaded
