Thur July 13. Fine and very cool. I went to call on Miss Duncan but she was away. Auntie at Mary Watson in eve.
Fri July 14. Fine and moderately warm. Annie and I for a walk to Upland Golf. Margarie and children brought us berries our first.
Sat July 15. Fine and very warm. very dusty as there is heavy traffic as Yonge St. South is being widened. Tom and Jennie Speught here for tea. Mary Watson called.
Sun July 16. Very warm. I went to Church. Mr Clarke and Willie called on the way from church. Aunt Mattie and Mr D also Willie at evening church. I did not go. very warm the dust terrible as there is an immense traffic on this road. fifty in 15 min. Annie here in the evening.
Mon July 17. A few light showers. thunder at noon. Mr D. in afraid of storm but it did not amount to much. we washed.
Tue July 18. Fine and cool, good to have dust settled a little Mr Little came with berries six boxes 25 cts and gave one
Wed July 19. Fine and moderately warm. we called at Mr Smellies in the evening. then for a walk.
Thur July 20. Fine and moderately warm. Annie and I for a walk to Golf grounds. got my blue silk from Mr Riddelle 13.75
Fri July 21. Fine but terrible dust. Mr Teasdale. George and Clara called in the evening. M. {illegible name} peas & pie last eve.
