Jessie Dick Wares Geddes

 In 1877 James Geddes (b.1836) and his wife Jessie Dick Wares (b. 1835/6) emigrated from Wick Scotland to Ryerson Township, Parry Sound district where they joined with James’ younger brother Edward and his family to homestead on Lake Cecebe.  The photo shows James and Jessie with their sons (l-r) Daniel (b. 1868), Malcolm D. (b. 1866) and James (b. 1876).
