Fri July 22 nd - Warm day, we were at home all day.

Sat July 23 rd - Extremely warm, Glass up to 98 o and 100 o . Uncle and I were out for a drive in the evening.

Sun July 24th - Very warm, Uncle Aunt Mattie and I at church, and Uncle Aunt Nellie went for a drive in the evening, Uncle wrote to Tom Farr. Mr and Mrs Jarrell here in the evening.

Mon July 25th - Very warm and sultry, came a little rain at noon but scarcely wet the ground, Willie here in the evening, turned a little cooler in the eve.

Tues July 26th - Annie Mason, Lizzie Cooper also. A and C. Teasdale here for tea, Charlie here in the evening, and Uncle and Aunt Mattie went for a drive.

Wed July 27th - Warm Day, I was at Mrs Teadales for tea and at prayer meeting in the evening.

Thurs July 28 - Very Warm day also a hot wind, I was at the store in the evening.

Fri July 29th - Fine day but very warm. Aunnie and diggie Cooper here in the evening.

Sat July 30th - A little cooler. Uncle and Aunt Mattie went for a drive in the evening. Willie here in the evening.

Sun July 31st - Fine day moderately cool, we were at Church, afternoon and evening.

Mon Aug 1st - Warm day, Uncle and Aunt Mattie went for a drive in the evening Aunt Nellie and I at Pa's.

Tue Aug 2nd = Fine day and warm Aunt Nellie at W.A. Meeting. Uncle & Pa finished cutting.

Wed Aug 3rd = Very high wind came a shower of rain Pa's had the thrashing Machine

Thur Aug 4th = Fine day. Aunt Mattie and I went to Prayer Meeting, and called to bid Mrs. Clark. good-bye.

Fri Aug 5th - Fine day . we were at home, Willie and the girls here in the evening.

Sat Aug 6 = Warm day, Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I went for a short drive in the evening.

Sun Aug 7th - We were at Pa's for dinner, had first duck. Lizzie Aunt N. & I at church, Mr. Brown preached it came a shower, Pa's here in eve.

Mon Aug 8th - Came a nice shower in the afternoon Mr. Clarkes moved away. Very warm.

Tue Aug 9th - A little cooler. we thrashed. Miss Duncan here in the evening.

Wed Aug 10th - Fine day Mrs. Baldwin and Mrs Troyer here to spend the day. I was at Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Thur Aug 11th - Fine day, and warm, Our men are at Mr. Clarke's Thrashing. Aunties went to call on Miss James, and to see Mrs. Farrall. I went for a drive

Fri Aug 12th - Fine day, we were at home all day.

Sat Aug 13 = Fine day. Uncle and Auntie want for a little drive in the evening Pa and Willie here yesterday and to day, they finished harvest here and Pa finished on Thursday.

Sun Aug 14 = Fine day. Uncle, Aunt Nellie and I at Church in Morn at Church, Pa's here in the evening.

Mon Aug 15th - Fine day, Uncle & Aunt Mattie went for a drive down Yonge Street,

Tue Aug 16th Fine day pretty warm we were at home all day

Wed Aug 17th - Very warm our people up at W.A. meeting at Mrs. Walson's. I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Thur Aug 18th - Fine day Uncle at Thornhill in the evening. Aunt Nellie and I at Prayer M. {Meeting}

Fri Aug 19th - Fine and warm we were at home all day.

Sat Aug 20th - Very warm all day. Uncle and I went for a little drive in the evening. had a letter from T Farr this P.M.

Sun Aug 21st - Dreadful hot day. I was at Church in the morning. Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I at Church in the afternoon Mrs. Farrell's people here in the evening. it came a thunder storm but little rain.

Mon Aug 22nd - Very warm day we were at home.

Tue Aug 23rd - Very warm. Uncle and Aunt Nellie went for a little drive in the evening. I at Pa's with corn

Wed Aug 24th - Came quite a rain last night and a little mare today. Uncle and I went to Richmond Hill in afternoon. Aunties at Pa's in evening.

Thur Aug 25th - Uncle and Aunt nellie went to Brampton. Fine day turning cooler Annie here in the morning and Lizzie here for tea.

Fri Aug 26th - Fine day and cool did on plumbs that came form Brampton. Aunt Nellie called at Miss Duncans I called at <r. Teasdales in the evening. Mr. Wallace here.

Sat Aug 27th - Fine day we were at home.

Sun Aug 28th - Fine day and cool. Harvest Home Service Mr. Wilson here for tea. Aunt nellie poorly.

Mon Aug 29th - Fine day warmer. We were at home all day.

Tue Aug 30th - Getting very warm. The Harvest Home we all went except Aunt Nellie who was poorly. Willie was here in afternoon he is poorly. Fine evening & moonlight.

Wed Aug 31st - Excessively warm, we were at home Jennie Edey called in the evening. We picked our pears.

Thur Sept. 1st - Fine but dreadfully warm. AUnt Mattie went down to see Sarah Farr, Mrs. Flannigan Jennie Cooper and Eddie Flannigan here for tea, Uncle Aunt Nellie, Annie & I at the Social.

Fri Sept 2nd - warmer still, Uncle and Pa at the cattle Market, George and Charlie Poole here for apples, Charlie Teasdale brought us a basket plumbs.

Sat Sept 3rd - Very hot we were at home all day.

Sun Sept 4th - Very warm, Willie here in the morning, Uncle Aunt Nellie and I at church. Uncle and Aunt Mattie went for a drive in eve..

Mon Sept 5th - Rained in the morning, A great deal cooler, Annie Teasdale here for tea and Charlie came in the evening, Aunt Mattie very poorly sick all last night.

Tue Sept 6th - Rained very heavy in the afternoon, fine and cool..

Wed Sept 7th - Fine day and cool. Pa and Willie at the Exhibition, I called at Mrs. G. Clarkes.

Thur Sept 8th - We went to the Exhibition and stayed the fire-works. Annie and Lizzie went with us.

Fri Sept 9th - Fine day and cool. Uncle and Aunt Mattie drove down to the Fair.

Sat Sept 10 = Fine day very cool, we were at home.

Sun Sept 11 = Cool day we were all at church Annie here for tea, A frost some saw ice.

Mon Sept 12 = Fine day a little warmer, we were at home all day.

Tue Sept 13 = Fine day, Aunt Mattie and I called to see Mrs. Farrells baby. Pa here for tea.

Wed Sept 14th - Warm day, Miss Duncan also Mrs. McElroy and John here for tea.

Fri Sept 16th - We were at home.. Uncle and I went to Sherwood and for a drive..

Sat-Sept 17th = Fine warm day, Annie and Lizzie here for tea..

Sun Sept 18th = Fine day but cool, we were at home.. Came A little shower at noon.. Howard, Lily and Harold Farr came to spend the day.. Mr. Wilsons farewell sermon but we did not get down..

Tue Sept 20th - Aunt Mattie and I went down to Toronto. in the morning, and remained a few days..

Wed Sept 21st -- Fine Day we spent the day with Aunt Jennie

Thur Sept 22nd = Rained in the afternoon. We went over the Don to call at Mrs. George Taylors, and we went up to Walmer Road in the evening..

Fri Sept 23rd = Rained a little we came home in the evening..

Sat Sept 24th = Fine day we were at home all day. Mr Passmore and Dorothy here for water..

Sun Sept 25th = Pa's here for dinner, we had our first pair of ducks.. Mr Massmore's also Mr Bothams here in the evening.

Mon Oct 10th - Fine day and cold, we cleaned upstairs. Uncle and Aunt Nellie went for a short drive.

Tue Oct 11th - Rained all day, we cleaned parlor and spare bedroom also hall and pantry.

Wed Oct 12th - Dull day and cold,, Mr Smeltzer and Mrs. Rupert came,, We were at home all day. {between the lines}A. Bowes married.

Thur Oct 13th - Rained most of the day. Smeltzers left this. P.M. and we strightened up house

Fri Oct 14th - Cleaned our Kitchen and brought the little Stove in..Rained in the morning.

Sat Oct 15 - We got two barrells of flour at $4.00 - {in between lines} Willie here in the evening. Cold day we were at home all day;

Sun Oct 16th - Aunt Mattie at home the rest of us at Mrs. Albert Farrs, cold, quiet a frost Rev Mr Smiths first Sunday

Mon Oct 17th - Fine day but windy Cleaned our front Verandah, I went to Lydia Deans for a while in the afternoon..

Thur Oct 27th - Very cold quiet a hard frost last night. Tom Farr left in the evening Lizzie came to stay all night.

Sun Nov, 11 6th - Very high wind came a few showers in the afternoon. David and Mr. Reid here for dinner, I went to church in the afternoon and Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I went in the eve.

Tue Nov 8th - Took our Turkeys to Town only got 7 cts fine mild day.

Fri Nov 11th - Cold day quiet a quantity of snow, Willie here for dinner Uncle and he went up to Richmond hill in the afternoon. FIrst day we commenced living in house, Aunt Nellie came home in the evening.. some lanes drifted

Mon Dec 5th - Snowed all day good Sleighing greatest amount of snow in December for some years, we were at home.

Tue Dec 6th - Not quiet so stormy though came a little snow, Aunt Mattie in Toronto, Aunt Nellie at W.A. Meeting at Mrs. Troyers, Mr and Mrs Keys came for cutter, J.T. McElroy here for tea.

Wed 6 7th - Blowing all day, Uncle had to dig a little in the lane ÷ Willie here for dinner. Pa, Ma, and Annie in Toronto,

Tur Dec 8th - Fine day cold, Uncle Aunt Me, and I at Thorn hill in big sleigh, Tom Farr & Emily Nightingale here for tea.

Fri Dec th - Fine day. we were at home all day.

Sat Dec 10th - Snow blowing drifted our lane full, the 3rd Concession drifted in some places, John McElroy here in afternoon.

Sun Dec.11th - Fine day but too snowy to go to church, Uncle has tooth-ache. Willie here for dinner; I went over to Pa's for tea. bad walking.

Mon Dec. 12th = Colder, Uncle breaking road through field I went with him, Mr. Abrams and Jennie Edey called Aunt Rosetta, Pollie Miscampbell and little girl came

Tue Dec 13th - Very cold down to 13° below zero this morning Willie and Annie called, sleighing good,

Wed Dec 14th - Very cold Pa's butchering. Aunt Nellie stayed at home with Aunt and Pollie.

Thur Dec. 15th - A little milder, Aunt Pollie and Aunt Nellie went over to Pa's for tea, Dr. Langstaff called

Fri Dec. 16th - Quiet mild the visitors went on the morning train; Aunt Mattie went to Eglinton. Mr. Wilson called; We went out to Thorn hill in the evening to get Uncles fur Coat;

Sat Dec 17th -- Mild day we were at home all day Sleighing good÷

Sun Dec 18th - Mild-day we were at Church afternoon and evening - good sleighing.

Mon Dec. 19th Cold windy-day I called at Pa's in the afternoon Willie here for a while in the afternoon, Big dog went away.

Tue Dec 20th - Mild foggy day I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Wed Dec 21st - Fine mild day. Willie here helping to cut feed.

Thur Dec 22nd - We went and helped Ma to pick 33 Turkeys, Rained all afternoon, T. Farr here for dinner & tea,

Fri Dec23rd - Fine day a little colder Pa's in Toronto, I went over to stay with Annie and we went to Church in the afternoon to the Practice.

Sat Dec. 24th - Fine day a little cold I walked out to Lydia Deans in the afternoon but she was away. Willie called here in the evening after being in town

Sun Dec 25th - Fine day and mild we went to Church in the afternoon, home in evening

Mon Dec 26th - Fine day we spent the day at Pa's; and went to the Christmas Tree at night;

Tue Dec. 27th - It is stormy Annie and Lizzie here for dinner; We went down to Mr. Farrells in the evening the 3rd quiet drifted in some places.

Wed Dec 28th - Very cold, Mr. and Mrs J.T. McElroy called, I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Thur Dec. 29th - Fine mild day taking the Snow away. Mr. Dalziel and Miss Mabley called collecting Missionary money, Uncle went to Graphopone Concert at the School House;{written in margin} Uncle got 1/2 BBls flour. 2 bags potatoes

Fri. Dec. 30th - Fine mild day sleighing nearly all gone on this road. Uncle and I drove out to Thorn hill first time Peter was hitched, since being sick;

Sat Dec. 31st - Fine day but very cold, Aunt Mattie came home on the afternoon car.

Sun, Jan 1st - Extremely cold day I walked to Church in the afternoon and Unlce, Aunt Mattie and I at Church in the evening.

Mon, Jan 2nd - Fine day a little milder. Pa's family also Tom Farr here. The girls and I went to skate.

Tue, Jan 3rd - Fine day and very mild. The girls and I went to skate in the evening.

Wed, Jan 4th - Raining steadily all day. Uncle and Aunt MAttie up at Richmond Hill in the morning.

Thur, Jan 5th - Fine day but windy. Pa's could not Thrash. We were at home all day.

Fri, Jan 6th - Stormy day I was helping Ma, Aunties at Mrs. Medd's Funeral. Uncle and I at Mr. Smiders at a party. drifting all night the roads almost impassable.

Sat, Jan 7th - Finished Thrashing at Pa's Dreadful stormy day, all day.

Sun, Jan 8th - Fine day cold. could not go to Church on account of roads. No S. but this road almost bare.

Mon Jan 9th - Extremely cold we were at home all day a little stormy.

Tue Jan 10th - Fine day but very cold I called at mr. Passmores in the afternoon. Uncle in Toronto with load, then he and I went out to meet Lily in the evening.

Wed Jan 11th - Fine and cold had a few friends in in the evening,

Thur Jan 12 th - Fine day and decidedly milder, we were at home all day.

Fri Jan 13th - Rained a little and very foggy. Lily went home on the 11.30 car. I called at Pa's in morning.

Sat Jan 14th - Rained very heavily all day we were at home.

Sun Jan 15th - Fine day but very soft. Mr. Bothams all here to spend the day. We were not at Church.

Mon Jan 16th - Mild foggy day very muddy and wet. Mr. Watson and Libbie Fisher here for tea we went to Church to Revival in the evening. We got our quarter of beef {added between the other sentences}

Tue Jan 17th - Fine day and mild I went on the 11.30 Car to Toronto Junction

No sleighing

Wed Jan 18th - Fine day a little milder. Lily and I at the Princess (My Partner) in the afternoon.

Thur Jan 19th - Fine day spent day at Mr. Farr's. Lily had lady friends for tea.

Fri Jan 20th - Fine day Harold, Lily and I went to the Grand in the evening (Rip Van Winkle)

Sat Jan 21st - Rained and snowed a little. I left the Junction early called at Jarvis and Word Street then went up to Walmer Road for dinner and home on the 2.40 Car.

Sun Jan 22nd - Fine day Uncle and I walked to Church then Uncle and Aunt Mattie went down to Mrs. Troyers in the evening.

Mon Jan 23rd - Fine day we had a gathering of mostly married people. Mr. and Mrs. Welsh, Mr. and Mrs. Morgrove, Mr. and Mrs. J.L McElroy, Mr. and Mrs. McElroy Pa and Ma also T Farr all here for tea. I had a very bad cold.

Tue Jan 24th - Fine day Annie called in the morning and Willie called in the afternoon. My cold a little better.

Wed Jan 25th - Fine day a little colder, I went over to Church in the evening.

Thur Jan 26th - Fine in the morning the Thrashing Machine came at noon. Very stormy in the evening and a very high wind at night.

Fri Jan 27th - Very cold but a fine day. Finished Thrashing at noon. Aunt Nellie went down to Toronto on the afternoon Car. Lizzie came from school to stay all night.

Sat Jan 28th - Lizzie here all night we went over to Pa's for tea. Very cold day.

Sun Jan 29th - Fine day but very cold. We did not go to Church as my face and eye were swollen. Miss Passmore and Dorothy here tea.

Mon Jan 30th - Extremely cold we were home all day.

Tue Jan 31st - Fine day but very cold. We went over to pa's for tea. Mr. and Mrs. J.T. McElroy there to tea.

Wed Feb 1st - Still cold, Men here cutting feed Tom Farr here fro tea.

Thur Feb 2nd - A little milder Uncle went to the Carnival. My eye a little better but not able to go out yet.

Fri Feb 3rd - Snowed all morning but sleighing not very good yet. Mrs. Teasdale also Pa's here for tea. Fine night.

Sat Feb 4th - Fine day I went over to Pa's to stay the night with the girls. Pa & Ma in Toronto, they were all here for tea and had oysters.

Sun Feb 5th - Very cold but beautiful day. We all were at Pa's for dinner, the girls and I at Church in the afternoon.

Mon Feb 6th - Fine day, I went to Church in the evening.

Tue Feb 7th - Fine day Uncle drove me out to Lydia Dean's and I stayed tea, home in the evening.

Wed Feb 8th - Very cold day. Coal oil man here. We went out to the Concert in the evening.

Thur Feb 9th - Dreadfully cold and windy. Day of our Auxiliary Meeting not many here. Col {collected} $2.65

Feb. Feb. 10th - Fearfully cold, 15 below zero, - We were at home all day.

Sat, Feb. 11th - Fine but cold, (20 degrees below zero) Elizabeth Cooper here all day. Uncle and I at Mr Farrells in eve.

Sun, Feb 12th - Fine day but extremely cold 18 degrees below zero I went to church in the afternoon. We were all at home in the evening, Uncle had swoolen face.

Mon Feb, 13th - Fine day a very little milder, We quilted a comforter, Mr Godden called & I called at Mrs G. Clarkes in the afternoon,

Tue Feb. 14th - Fine day much milder, Uncle at Mr Marshalls funeral & Old Mr Elisha Farr here to dinner, Annie Teasdale here for tea.

Wed Feb. 15th - Annie called in the morning. Aunties and I over at Pa's in the afternoon, I went to Prayer Meeting in evening, Mild day.

Thur Feb. 16th - Very mild roads all sloppy, Uncle & Aunt Mattie at Newton Brook in morning Man here pruning trees, We went to Mr George Charltons for tea.

Fri Feb. 17th - Very fine warm day. Aunt Mattie and I went down to Toronto; Mr Smith called in the afternoon;

Sat Feb 18th - Rained a little very mild Pa's in Toronto and I went over to stay with girls.

Sun Feb. 19th - Fine mild day but muddy: Uncle and I walked to church; Willie here in the evening.

Mon Feb. 20th - Fine day and mild, Uncle at Thorn hill in the afternoon., I went up to Mr Passmore's in the evening to a little party.

Tue Feb. 21st - Fine day. we were at home all day.

Wed Feb. 22nd - Snowed a little in the morning, the water high and very muddy; Willie was married at 5 or 6 O'clock,. We were all over at Pa's to have tea with them.

Thur Feb. 23rd - Fine day a little colder, we went up to Willies in the sleigh but no Snow, at home rest of day. Annie called in the after noon,

Fri. Feb 24th -: Fine day, Mr Farrells family all here, also Annie and Lizzie. - Libbie Fisher called in the afternoon. - Got 1 barrel flour,

Sat Feb 25th - A little colder all frozen clean. Pa, Ma, and the girls also Willie and Mary here to spend the day; Libbie Fisher and I up at Aunt Nancy's. to spend the day.

Sun Feb 26th - Rained and froze a little in the morn. then thawed and was very muddy, Uncle and I walked to church in the evening.

Mon Feb.27th - Fine-day, Annie called in the morning. Mr and Mrs. Clarke here for tea.

Tue Feb 28th - We went up to Mary Watsons for tea. it rained a little in the afternoon. Tom Farr here for tea.

Wed Mar 1st.. - Fine day, I went to Mr Teasdales for tea. and then to Prayer Meeting. Uncle and Aunt Nellie out for a little drive.

Thur Mar 2nd - Fine mild day. We were at home all day.-

Fri Mar 3rd - I went over to Pa's in the morning and helped to sew carpet rags, Rained in the evening.

Sat Mar 4th - Fine day, Uncle And Aunt Mattie went for a drive on the cart. Rained in evening

Sun Mar 5th - Snowed and rained all last night. Very sloppy. We were at home -all -day.

Mon Mar 6th - Fine day but muddy. I went up to call and see Mary in the afternoon.

Tues Mar 7th - Fine day but cold we were over at Pa's all day sewing and cutting carpet rags, Uncle over for tea and we had Oysters for Tea

Wed Mar 8th - Fine day, cold in the evening; I went to Prayer Meeting with the girls.

Thur Mar 9th - Fine day. Uncle and Aunt Nellie went out to Mr. Welsh's for tea.

Fri Mar 10th - Dull cold day did not thaw very much, We were all over at Pa's to spend the day, Lizzie came home with us.

Sat Mar 11th - Roads very sloppy. Lizzie here. Pa in Toronto,

Sun Mar 12th - We had fresh eggs for breakfast, some that Ma gave us. Uncle and Aunt Mattie out at Mr. Bathams for tea, roads bad

Mon Mar 13th - Fine day but cold; Willie and Uncle at Breakrup Sale, I went up for Mary in afternoon. Willie & Unlce at Thornhill in eve.

Tue Mar 14th - Fine day Ma and the girls also Aunt Mattie went to Toronto. Aunt Nellie {re-written} at W.A. Meeting at Mrs. Cherip. we went for her in the evening. {written in margin:} two of our hens lucy

Wed Mar 15th - Rained very heavily all day water high. We went up to Willie in evening.

Thur Mar 16th - Foge up a little sticky on top. I went to Pa's in the morning, at home in the afternoon

Fri Mar 17th - Fine morning but blustery and cold. T. Farr here for dinner, he and Uncle went to Keffers sale {in between lines:} Aunt Ruddocks died

Sat Mar 18th - Very stormy day, I was at Pa's, Ma and the girls came home from Toronto, Mr. Gallouongh called

Sun Mar 19th - Very blustery day. We went to Church in the cutter

Mon Mar 20th - Dreadful stormy day. Uncle and Pa went out to Mr. Martins funeral. Sleighing good.

Tue Mar 21st - We went out to Aunt Ruddocks funeral very cold, down to zero, stormy afternoon.

Wed Mar 22nd - Mild day, snow giving. Uncle went to Thornhill for drive and Mr. McMurtry came a heavy thunder storm at night.

Thur Mar 23nd - Windy day snow nearly gone. We all went over to Pa's for dinner and Louie and her husband took evening train for Aeroe. We went up to Willies in the evening and took the Clock and tramp.

Fri Mar 24th - Fine day, Uncle went down to N. {North?} Toronto, in sleigh. Annie Teasdale also Willie and Mercy here for tea.

Sat Mar 25th - i was at Pa's in morning. very stormy in afternoon, we are pugging

Sun Mar 26th - Came quite a lot more snow. Willie and Mary here for dinner. We went to Church in the evening in Cutter.

Mon Mar 27th - Fine day, we were at home rugging Uncle was at Pa's for dinner. T. Farr moved to Thornhill

Tue Mar 28th - Rained all day. Morris Botham called in the afternoon

Wed Mar 29th - Very stormy, Uncle at Thornhill in the morning the last time the Cutter was out, I & C went in the afternoon to Loaden up at Mr. B. I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Thur Mar 30th - Unlce went to Bradford with a load of moving. Mick here, Pa called in the morning. Aunt Nellie and I walked to Thornhill.

Fri Mar 31st - Good Friday, the girls called in the eve.

Sat Apr 1st - Fine day, cold, roads muddy, the girls here in the afternoon. Uncle and Aunt Nellie At Thornhill, I was at Store in the evening.

Sun Apr 2nd - Fine day but cold, roads muddy, but drying in some places. I walked to Church T. Farr here for dinner then Uncle drove him to Toronto to see Sarah.

Mon Apr 3rd - Fine day much warmer, roads drying we were at home all day.

Tue Apr 4th - Fine day, Aunt Nellie at the W.A. we were at home

Wed Apr 5th - Fine day, I went to Toronto (wore my cape and spring hat) - went to dr. Nc. 3.75

Thur Apr 6th - Fine day, we came home on 6.30 Car roads drying, but our lane very muddy. J. Edey came out but did not venture up lane.

Fri Apr 7th - Rained a little all day, we were at home all day.

Sat Apr 8th - Dull day, roads very muddy. I called at Pa's then the girls came for tea.

Sun Apr 9th - Fine day, T. Far here last night remained till after dinner. We went to Church in afternoon. Mr. Sutt here for tea. {in between lines:} Old Luckey layed

Mon Apr 10th - Fine day Robins and Black Birds all out but Robins have been out last week but we did not see them.

Tue Apr 11th - We went to John Ellis's baby's funeral, it rained very heavily in the evening.

Wed Apr 12th - Fine day, roads getting dry. I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening moved Cooking Stove

Thur Apr 13th - Cleaned our cellar and Back Stairs, came heavy thunderstorm, N.Smellie brought our syrup. Aunt M. called at G. Charltons.

Fri Apr 14th - Came a shower in the evening. I went up to Mary's in the afternoon, Pa and Lizzie here in the afternoon.

Sat Apr 15th - Fine day, Lizzie called in afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Key's here for tea.

Sun Apr 16th - Came quite a fall of snow last. T. Farr also Pa's family all here for dinner and tea, suow sirrs went.{unclear about last three words}

Mon Apr 1 - Mick started work, fine day. We commenced house cleaning, Uncle and Aunt Mattie at Thornhill called at Tom Farrs. Mr, and Mrs. Farell, also Annie and Clara Teasdale here in the evening. Aunt N. called at Mr. Pages also Miss Duncans.

Tue Apr 18th - Fine day we finished cleaning up stairs

Wed Apr 19th - Fine day, Tom Farr here for dinner. Uncle at Mr. Tratts funeral. We went up tp a Box Social at Marcie Cooks.

Thur Apr 20th - Fine day Tom Farr here for dinner and tea. We leaned our Parlor. Mr. and Mrs. Gibson called I went to Prayer Meeting.

Fri Apr 21st - Finished cleaning, all but the Dining Room, fine day, no person here.

Sat Apr 22nd - Fine day, we were all at home. Annie and Lizzie called in the evening.

Sun Apr 23rd - Uncle and Aunt Mattie went to Church in the morning. T. Farr here all day, Mr. Passmore here for tea.

Mon Apr 24th - Fine day, warm day. Our people commenced seeding. Aunties went to see Mary Charlton in the evening.

Tue Apr 25th - Fine day, we were at home all day.

Wed Apr 26th - Fine and warm our people not able to seed (Pa's at it) - Mary here for tea. I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur Apr 27 - Fine day, Mary and Annie called in the morning - Mrs. Jacksins barn bursed we went to Ma's in the evening to sew carpet.

Fri Apr 28th - Fine day very warm, David Smellies here to spend the day. I went up to Marys for tea.

Sat Apr 29th - Very warm. Mrs. G. Charlton called, T. Farr also Mr. Johnson here for dinner. Aunt Mattie and I called at Mrs. Browns at Thorn Hill. I went with Uncle for a little drive in the evening.

Sun Apr 30th - Tom, Lily and Harold Fars here for day. Very warm, came a little shower in the morning.

Mon May 1 - Fine day, Miss James here for dinner, thundered but very little rain. Uncle and Aunt Mattie walked to Mr. Pages funeral. Mary here for tea.

Tue May 2 - Fine day, we were all alone, Aunt Nellie at W.A. Meeting. Uncle & I went for drive in evening.

Wed May 3rd - Fine day, much cooler. Miss Duncan here for tea, I was at Prayer Meeting

Thur May 4th - Fine day cool. T. Farr came for Aunt Mattie in the morning.

Fri May 5th - Fine day. Uncle and Aunt Nellie went for a drive in the evening set old Turkey in 24

Sat May 6 - Fine and warm. Aunt Nellie called at Ma's they have finished seeding all but Pa's.

Sun May 7th - Fine day. Uncle & Aunt Nellie at Church in morning. I was at Pa's in afternoon. I went to Fisherville in evening we all went.

Mon May 8 - Fine day cool I walked out to Mr. Farr's in afternoon. Set our turkey on 22 eggs, fat cattle went away.

Tue May 9 - Uncle took buggy to be painted. Miss Wright called in afternoon collecting. We went to Pa's in evening.

Wed May 10 - Cool day we were at home alone. Annie and Lizzie called. I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Thur May 101th - Fine day Auntie went to W.A. Meeting at Mrs. Alf. Keffers. Annie here in the afternoon. Put in Roots.

Fri May 12th - Fine day and warm. I went to Mrs. Teasdales for tea. Aunt Mattie came home.

Sat May 13th - Rained all morning. Cold night little frost.

Sun May 14th - Fine but very cold. We were at Pa's for dinner. I went to Fisherville in the afternoon and in the evening Aunt Mattie, Annie, Lizzie and I went to Thornhill Church.

Mon May 15th - Cool -day. Mr. Tuesby pruning trees.

Tue May 16th - Rained heavily all day morning., cold in the afternoon. A. Teasdale & I went up to call at Mary's. Lizzie came to stay all night.

Wed May 17 - Our people went to Toronto. Sarah Farr came out, in the evening it rained.

Thur May 18th - Cool day & damp at home all day.

Fri May 19th - Fine but cool at home all day.

Sat May 20th - Uncle and Aunt Mattie went to Thornhill. Auntie went to Mrs. Browns. T. Farr came out to stay all night.

Sun May 21st - We had rum Gobbler. Pa's family also Willie, Ellis's and Farr's all here. Girls & I went to Church in evening.

Tue June 6th - We had 48 turkey out, but two died young Fine but very warm. Aunt Nellie at W.A. Meeting. Rest at home

Wed June 7th - Very warm, came a Thunder Storm in the evening. cooled it off.

Thur June 8th - Fine day and cool. I went out to Lydia Deans for tea ("Day of Medds Sale"). Aunt Mattie and Uncle at Mr. Menp for tea. Mary and Mr. Suist here for tea. T and S Farr here in eve.

Fri June 9th - Fine and cool. Aunties went to Thornhill to call at Mrs. Gibsons and Mrs. Nellies. Annie called here in the afternoon.

Sat June 10th - Fine day. We went to Mrs. Teasdales in the evening.

Sun June 11th - Aunties visit to Church in the morning. Uncle and I went to Pa's for a while. I went to Church in afternoon and all went to Nillies for tea.

Mon June 12th - Very hot. Auntie went up to Mr. Watsons in the evening they away.

Tue June 13th - Fine day, very warm. We were at home all day.

Wed June 14th - Very hot, Dick and Mary Watson here for tea. Pa's called in afternoon but only Lizzie stayed. came a thunder storm.

Thur June 15th - Rained all morning; fine and cool in the afternoon. I went to Mrs. Poole's in evening.

Fri June 16th - Fine and cool. Uncle brought the Buggy home. We were up at Mrs. Key's spending the evening., quite cold. Pa sold quinny.

Sat June 17th - Fine day a little warmer. We went out to the Methodist picnic at Thornhill.

Sun June 18th - Fine with the exception of a little showers in the afternoon. We drove to Church in the afternoon. Annie came home with us. Uncle and Aunt Mattie at Thornhill Church and called at Mr. Farr's Mr. Smith here for tea. Annie & I went in evening.

Mon June 19th - Mary here all day. Farr's here for tea. Uncle took Aunties and Mary to Thornhill.

Tue June 20 " Green peas for dinner. We were at home all day. Uncle and Aunt Mattie took a drive to Struffville & Markham. Sarah and Lara White, Annie & I here in eve.

Wed June 21st - I was up at Mary's in the morning. Mr. Stram here for tea. At Prayer Meeting in the evening. Maggie Brookes came.

Thur June 22nd - Fine day and cool. Uncle drove us girls to Patterson to spend day.

Fri June 23rd - Fine day for a drive. Ma Mary & girls here in the evening.

Sat June 24th - "Fine day, warm. Maggie went home. I went up to Marys in the evening.

Sun June 25th - Warm day. Uncle and Aunt Mattie at Church. I went to Church in afternoon. T. and S. Farr here for tea.

Mon June 26 - The Carpenters here. Alice came this evening. Mrs. Teasdale and girls here in the evening. Warm day.

Tue June 27th - Fine day warm. Mr. and Mrs. Gibson here for tea. We got our Strawberries at 7 cts {cents} a tray.

Wed June 28th - Rained nearly all day. I went to Pa's in the evening.

Thur June 29th - Fine day cool. Uncle, Aunt M and Alice at Maple in afternoon. Willie & Mary called. T. & S. Farr called to go to Pic-nic (S.S Pic-nic) Fisher{?}

fri June 30th - Fine day. Alice went home on the evening train. New potatoes for tea (small)

Sat July 1st - Fine day, warmer. We went to the Picnic at Thornhill.

Sun July 2nd - Very warm. Uncle and Aunties went to Church in the morning. Uncle, Auntie N. and I went to Fisherville in the evening.

Mon July 3rd - Very hot. Fred Denison started work. The Carpenters finished.

Tue July 4th - Miss. Medd and Jammie Edey here for tea. Very warm, cool in evening.

Wed July 5th - Hot day. Mary here for tea. I went to Prayer Meeting. Packed Cherries.

Thur July 6 - Fine day cool. Uncle and Aunt Nellie at Thornhill in afternoon. We went for a drive in evening to Elders Mills and home by Wooelbridge. 21. Miles. Men cut some hay yesterday.

Fri July 7th - Fine day. Annie and Lizzie here for tea. T. Farr called.

Sat July 8 - Rained heavily l;ast night. came a shower very cool in evening.

Sun July 9th - Fine cool day. Aunt Mattie at Church in the morning. I went to Church in afternoon. Aunt mattie & I went again in the evening. Uncle and Aunt nellie at Mr. Farrs for tea.

Mon July 10th - Fine day. Picked some red carrots. Uncle and Aunt Mattie at Farr's in evening. Aunt Nellie up at Mary's for tea.

Tue July 11th - Warmer. Uncle at Jacksons raising girls here in the evening.

Wed July 12th - Warm day. I went to Pa's bush picked 3 qts. 1 pt berries. Prayer Meeting in evening.

Thur July 13th - Fine day. Aunt Nellie and I at bush picked 5 qts {quarts} 1 pt berries. Aunt Lizzie and Jannie here to spend the day.

Fri July 14th - Fine day, warmer. We were at home all day. Mary Watson here for tea.

Sat July 15th - Rained a little in the evening.

Sun July 16th - Very warm and damp. T. Farr here to spend the day. We all went to Church in the evening. Started using new potatoes.

Mon July 17th - A little cooler. Aunt Nellie went to pick berries got 3 qt and 1 pt. Aunties Nellie and Mattie went to bush and picked 6 qts. {added in between lines:} I went to Thornhill with uncle

Tue July 18 - Very cool. We were home all day {Added in between lines:} Rained in eve, I went to Mr. Teasdales.

Wed July 19th - Fine cool day. Aunt Nellie & I went berry picking got 8 qts 1 pt. I went to Prayer Meeting. {added in between lines:} started harvest

Thur July 20th - Fine day, cool. We went over to Pa's in evening. T. Farr here for dinner. Annie called in afternoon.
