Sat July 22nd - Fine day. Cool, we were at home all day.

Sun July 23rd - Fine day. Uncle and Aunties at morning service. Aunt Willie and I at afternoon church. Mr and Miss Passmore also Mr Luinn here

Mon July 24 - Fine and very warm, Annie and Lizzie here for tea. I went home with them in the evening.

Tue July 25 - Fine and very warm, Rained a little in the afternoon. Lizzie here all afternoon.

Wed July 26 - Very hot, I took a basket of peas to Mr. Teasdales. Aunt Mattie and I went to see Mary Charlton in the evening. Then I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur July 27 - Fine day and cool, I went out to spend the afternoon with Miss Farr, Annie and Auntie at Miss Edeys

Fri July 28 - Fine day, Aunt Nellie and I went to Mr. Smellies bush in the evening, to look at thinble Berries.

Sat July 29 - Fine day, rather hot breeze. Annie Lizzie and Austin Robinson here in the evening, turned cool.

Sun July 30 - Fine day but dreadful wind. Aunties walked to Church in the morning. T. Smeltzer and wife here to spend the day, aunt Nellie and I went to the Passmorses for tea. The rest could not go.

Mon July 31 - Fine daym Uncle and T. Farr away all day, Mr and Ms. Farrell & Mr and Mrs. Farrel Jory also, Annie and Charlie Teasdale here to spend evening.

Tue Agu 1st - Fine day. T. & S. Farr, also, Ella and Hilda here to tea. I went up to Mary's in the evening.

Wed Aug 2nd- Fine day, we were at home all day. I did not go to prayer meeting

Thur Aug 3rd-Fine day, warmer. We were all at home.

Fri Aug 4th- Fine and pretty warmer. We were all at home.

Sat Aug 5th-Ma went to Toronto, I went to Pa's to stay with the girls. T. Farr here all night.

Sun Aug 6th- Very Cool, Mr and Mrs Reive also Miss Trueman here to spend the day, I went for a drive in the evening.

Mon Aug 7-Fine day a little cool. (Civic Holiday) Mr, Mrs. and Miss Gibson here for tea.

Tue Aug 8-Fine and a little warmer T. Farr drove Aunties to Toronto, Uncle was poorly all day. Mick is away. Annie Lizzie and Annie Mason here in the evening

Wed Aug 9-Fine day, I went to Prayer Meeting. T. Farr here

Thur Aug 10- Fine day. we were at home. Rained a little

Fri Aug 11- Fine and very hot. Mick came back. T Farr left. I was up at Mrs. Passmores to a quilting

Sat Aug 12- Fine and extremely warm. T. Farr came out. Aunt Nellie went over to Pa's Ma went to her mothers as Mary is worse, I went to Pas to stay all night. Aunt M, went home with T.F. to stay over night.

Sun Aug 13 Very cool, I came home and got ready for church in the morning. Annie and I went to Fisherville in the evening.

Mon Aug 14th- I came home in the morning. Uncle and Aunt Mattie went to Mr. Farrellsin the evening.

Tue Aug 15- Fine day moderately cool, Aunt Lizzie and Bessie here to spend the day.

Wed.Aug 16- Fine day Pa's are Thrashing, Mrs Sinclair and Mrs Fraser and Jack here to spend the day.

Thurs Aug 17- Fine but warmer. We had the Thrashing machine, John Stewerson here yesterday for tea.

Fri Aug 18- Very warm day. Mary here for tea, We went over to Mas in the evening.

Sat Aug 19- Mary Charlton died early this morning. I went over to Pas to stay with the girls all day. In the evening we drove out to Thornhill to hear The Band {added next to the date: finished harvest}

Sun Aug 20- Extremely warm The past two day's, We did not go to church, Pa and the girls here, Wille & Mary here in the evening. Mrs Dean & major called also T & S

Mon Aug 21- Very warm, high wind and dusty. Aunt Mattie was at Pa's all day. We went to Mary Charltons funeral

Tue Aug 22- Fine day, cool, Uncle and Aunt Mathie went to Mr. Farr's for tea, The Misses Page called, Marry Annie and Lizzie here for crabs in evening

Wed Aug 23- Fine day. Tom & Sara Farr came in the evening and remained, I went to Prayer meeting in evening

Thurs Aug 24- Fine day, we bought our tomatoes. 25c. basket. Tom and Uncle away all day. We went over to Pa's in The evening.

Fri Aug 25- Pretty warm, Uncle and Sarah went for a drive. Tom and Sarah went home in evening. C. Teasdale brought crabapples, made latsup

Sat Aug 26-Warm day. We were at home all day.

Sun Aug 27- Aunt Nellie fell and sprained her ankle. Aunt Mattie and I at church then went to Mr Farr's to spend the day. I went Presbypterian Church in the afternoon at Thornhill.

Mon Aug 28-Fine day, Uncle and Aunt Mattie went out to Farrs in the evening.

Tue Aug 29. Very warm, I went up to Mary's in afternoon Uncle and Aunt Mattie went for a drive, Mr and Mrs Passmore called in the evening.

Wed. Aug 30- Fine but very warm, I went to Prayer Meeting.


Thur Aug 31- Very warm. Mary here for tea. I went past way home with her. Annie and Clara Teasdale came and brought us a few plumbs it rained.

Fri Sept 1 Rained heavily nearly all day, first rain since June; We were at home.


Sat Sept 2- Fine day, warm. We drove to Toronto got peaches.


Sun Sept 3- Fine day windy. Uncle and Aunt Mattie at church. T & S Farr here all day. I went to church in the afternoon. Pa's here in eve.

Mon Sept 4- Fine day, cold Auntie went to Thornhill in the afternoon. T.Farr here for tea.

Tue Sept 5- Rained in the morning. Aunt Mattie and Uncle went to Mr Farells then to Thornhill

Wed Sept 6- Lovely day. I went to The Exhibition with Willies, stay the fire works. Uncle drove down

Thur Sept 7- Fine day a little cold. Mr Passmore here for tea. Aunt Mattie and I at Mrs Teasdales in the evning, Rained a little.

Fri Sept 8- Fine day, we were at home all day.

Sat Sept 9- Fine day cool, Uncle and Aunt Mattie at Thornhill in the afternoon, Uncle and I went to Mr Fasse in the evening and to the Ice Cream Social at Mr Pearsons.

Sun Sept 10- Fine day, Aunt Nellie and Uncle at Church in The morning;Uncle,Aunt Mattie and I in the afternoon, Ms Smith here for tea and Aunt Mattie and I went in the evening again.

Mon Sept 11- Warmer day, rained a little, Pa's here in eveng

Tue Sept 12- Fine day, T. Farr here for dinner. Aunt Mattie went out to call at Mrs Gibsons. Then she and Uncle were at Mr Farr's for tea:- Aunt Neliie at Fisherville W.A Meeting.

Wed Sept 13- Cold and windy-: Mr Gibson called I went to {diarist wrote ice this a.m above} Prayer Meeting and Aunt Mattie and Pa's,

Thur Sept 14- Fine but cold. Uncle took us to W.A Meeting at Mrs L. Keffers I called at Aunt Nancy's in the afternoon.

Fri Sept 15- Fine and cool, Aunt Nellie and Mattie went to Toronto, the Live Smith here in afterneoon. Uncle and I went to the Eckardt Concert but were disappointed

Sat Sept 16- Fine day warm,Lizzie and Annie here,

Sun Sept 17- Fine and very warm; I went to church in the afternoon and Tom and Sarah Farr here for tea.

Mon Sept 18- Fine day a little cooler. Uncle and Auntie went to Mr Farr in the afternoon.

Tues Sept 19- Fine day cool, we were at home all day.

Wed Sept 20- Fine and cold, We went to Harvest Home Services at Thornhill in the evening.

Thur Sept 21- Fine day but cold. Annie and Charlie Teasdale here in afternoon. Charlie also Miss Passmore in eve

Fri Sept 22- Fine day cool, Men at Mr Clarks thrashing.

Sat Sept 23- Very heavy frost last night. Aunt Jennie and Lizzie Smellie here all day. Mary, Ma & girls for tea

Sun Sept 24- Dull day rained heavily last night, Auntie and Uncle at morning church, in the afternoon we drove to church, rained heavily in aft..

Mon Sept 25- Rained a little, Aunt Nellie went to Toronto in afternoon train to help Aunt Jennie to pack,

Tue Sept 26- Rained heavily all day , Uncle is poorly.

Wed Sept 27- Fine day, we were at home all day.

Thur Sept 28- Fine but cool, Annie called in the morning

Fri Sept 29- Cold, Aunt Nellie came home

Sat Sept 30-Very cold, showery. I called at Ma's in the morning. Uncle is poorly. I went to store in eveng.{evening}

Sun Oct 1- Fine day but cold. Aunt Nellie and I drove to church in the morning. I went to Fisherville in the afternoon. T.Farr here for tea.

Mon Oct 2-Fine day. I was picking beech nuts at the store in the eve

Tue Oct 3. Fine day but cold. I went to Toronto, met Auntie got my tooth filled.

Wed Oct 4- Rained a little in the evening, Aunt Nellie and I at Ma's for a while in the afternoon.

Thur Oct 5- Fine day a little warmer, Mr Gibson called also Mrs Nelles. Mr and Mrs Botham came, Aunt Mattie arrived home.

Fri Oct 6 Fine day, Uncle & Mr Botham went to Markham Fair, Auntie and Mrs Botham went to Miss Farrs then to the Induction in the evening. I went to a quilting at Mrs Keys.

Sat Oct 7- Fine day and warm. Mr Botham left Annie and Lizzie here picking Beech nuts.

Sun Oct 8- Uncle and Aunt Mattie at morning church I went in the afternoon T & S . Farr here all day. Rained in the evening.

Mon Oct 9: Rained a little in the morning, We were at home all day.

Tue Oct 10. Fine, warm, but foggy, started house. cleaning.

Wed Oct 11- Fine day and warm, I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening. Auntie at Pa's in the evening.

Thur Oct 12. Fine day, Baking for the tea Party. Uncle and Aunt Nellie up at Maple

Fri Oct 13- Fine day. We went to the tea meeting.

Sat Oct 14. Rained in the afternoon. T. Farr here for dinner. We went to the Social in the evening

Sun Oct 15 Fine day. T Farr here also Willie and Mary and Annie and Lizzie here, we had ducks. We went to church in the evening

Mon Oct 16. Beautiful day, warm. We went to Mary Watson for tea.

Tue Oct 17 We finished cleaning dining rooom and parlour, men finished bringing in the roots Rained in the afternoon

Wed Oct 18 Dull day but did not rain. Annie and I at Mr Teasdale for tea then to Prayer Meeting. T Farr here for dinner and tea. Thur Oct 19 Fine day. "Thanksgiving Day". Our people at Wood Bridge Fair. Lizzie here for the afternoon.

Fri Oct 20th Fine day, colder. Annie picked our apples & Clara Teasdale also Miss Porter called in the afternoon. Mr and Mrs Charlton also Mr & Mrs Keys also Mrs McDonalds here for tea

Sat Oct 21 -Fine day, cold I went picking beech, nuts.

Sun Oct 22 - We went down to Toronto Junction. Rained heavily all the way home

Mon Oct 23 Rained all morning. T Farr still here. Eddie and Ida Clarke here for a while in afternoon.

Tue Oct 24-Fine day warm, Mr Riddell and Will here putting down the kitchen floor. We went to Thornhill to Mrs Browns.

Wed Oct 25- Fine day, Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I drove to Toronto. I received money $191.75 The Contingent left Toronto for South Africa. {starting on the 25 to the 28 Aggie wrote the wrong day and wrote the correct one to cover it}

Thur Oct 26 Fine day. We were at home all day.

Fri Oct 27- Auntie went to the Opera to hear Shaul Rhee{?}{written between lines}. Rained all day heavily, Annie hear for tea.

Sat Oct 28- Rained, Mr Passmore here for dinner.

Sun Oct 29-Fine day, Uncle and Aunt Nellie at church. I went to the Presby pterian Church, Mr McCary preached. Uncle and Aunt Mattie at Mr Passmores to tea.

Mon Oct 30- Fine day and warm. Annie and I called Mrs Keyes and had tea at Mary's.

Tue Oct 31- Fine day. Mr and Mrs Passmore also Miss Passmore here to tea. "Halloween" Wed Nov 1- Fine day and much colder. Elsie Tisdale also Annie and Lizzie here. We went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur Nov 2- Fine day, cold. we cleaned our back kitchen, I went up to Mary's for basket of radishes.

Fri Nov 3- We brought in our Wood Stove, Lizzie came to stay all night. Rained at night.

Sat Nov 4- Rained a little in the morning. I went to Mrs Borwns for my hat. Lizzie went home in the evening

Sun Nov 5th- Fine day rather dull, Uncle and Auntie went to church, Uncle and I went in the afternoon.

Mon Nov 6- Fine day, We were at home all day, Aunties went up to Willies in the evening.

Thur Nov 7- Fine day. Mrs Passmore and Dorothy here in the afternoon. Uncle Pa and Willie out at Victoria Square. Aunt Nellie at W. A Meeting

Wed Nov 8 Fine day very mild the Misses Wilcars called in the afternoon. I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Thur Nov 9 Fine day. Aggie Dalziesh and Mr Campbell married. W. A Meeting here. 27 visitors here and four of ourselves, 31 in all collection $4.50

Fri Nov 10 Fine day a little colder, Aunt Nellie went to Toronto, Johnny Charlton killed.

Sat Nov 11 Snowed a little nearly all day. Aunt Nellie and Helen and Florence came.

Sun Nov 12 Very heavy frost, cold but fine all day. Uncle Florence and Helen went to church. T & S Farr here.

Mon Nov 13 Fine day, warmer. Fred Farr here for dinner Tom here for tea. Johnny Charlton buried.

Tue Nov 14 Fine day. Fred Farr took our Turkey 12 for $14.50 at rate of Gobblors $1.25 hens for $100. Uncle took the girls for a drive. Nelson & Annie here.

Wed Nov 15 Fine day mild. We went out to a W.A meeting at Mrs Gibsons

Thur Nov 16 - Uncle took the girls and I out to Sarahs to stay until Saturday

Fri Nov 17 - Fine mild day, I went up to Library

Sat Nov 18 - Damp but mild, Uncle came to Thorhill in the evening for me. Mrs, Dean and Lydia here for tea.

Sun Nov 19 - Dull day but did not rain. Uncle and I walked to Fisherville. We all went to Thornhill in the evening.

Mon Nov 20 - Fine day and mild Aunt nellie at Mrs. Froyers quilting for W. W. Aunt Mattie and I went over to Ma's in evening.

Tue Nov 21 - Fine day, we were at home, Annie and Lizzie here in the evening.

Wed Nov 22 - Fine day. I went to Prayer Meeting

Thur Nov 23 - Fine mild day. Uncle in Toronto, Aunt Nellie at Mary's, Uncle and Aunt Mattie went out to Mr. Farr's

Fri Nov 24 - Fine day. We were at home all day.

Sat Nov 25 - Fine day but dull. Uncle in Toronto. I walked out to Mr. Farrs to see Florence Nightingale, she and Tom brought me home.

Sun Nov 26 - Fine day. Uncle and Aunt Nellie at Church in the morning. I went to Fisherville in the afternoon. Uncle Mattie at Church in eve.

Mon Nov 27 - Fine day and mild. Uncle and Aunt Mattie went out to Mr. Reives for tea.

Tue Nove 28,- Fine day, very mild, T.Farr called in the afternoon

Wed Nov 29- Fine day, I went to Prayer Meeting in the eve.

Thur Nov 30- Fine day and mild we were at home all day.

Fri Dec 1st- Fine day very mild, We were at Pa's {trying?} a comforter.

Sat Dec 2nd- Rained a little in the afternoon, Aunt Mattie and I walked out to Thornhill, Mick left to night.

Sun Dec 3rd- Fine day, Uncle and Auntie went to church and then to Farrs to spend the day,: I went to M. church to Pa's for dinner, Fisherville in the afternoon. Annie and Lizzie here for tea.

Mon Dec. 4-: Fine and decidedly colder. Aunties and I went to Toronto. Aunt Mattie and I remained in Toronto, had a telephone message from Whitty; Mr Botham here all night.

Tue Dec,5th- Aunt Mattie left early for Whitty, I went to Aunt Lizzies for dinner{home} in the 2.40 car, Mr Botham took Peter home. Light our coal stove; {Ineligible} working in house

Wed Dec. 6th- Fine day but very cold, I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Thur Dec 7th- Fine day a little milder. We butchered got all done. Sold Turkerys. 10 hens for 9.

Fri Dec 8th- Fine day, made our standing pies, Annie here all morning, Annie Teasdale here we walked to Thornhill, Lizzie here all night.

Sat Dec 9- Fine day but colder. Mr and Mrs Farrel here for tea.

Sun Dec 10-: Fine a little milder. Our people at morning church. I went to Fisherville in the afternoon.

Mon Dec 11- Rained heavily all day, John Churctus{?} Sale.

Tue Dec,12- Fine but very windy and muddy, We were over at Pa's butchering.

Wed Dec 13- Fine with the exception of little snow flurries, Ms Clankes butchering, I went to Prayer Meeting, Froze up quiet clean.

Thur Dec 14-Stormy day, Uncle at Thornhill bought T. Farr here for dinner, Aunt Nellie went to W.A. Meeting at Mrs Troyers, The girls and myself, went to the Social, Very stormy coming home, {Masonie?} supper at Thornhill, Uncle there

Fri Dec 15- Fine day very cold but most of our hens in, Uncle took me to Thornhill to change my Library, Miss Duncan brought us a few.

Sat Dec 16- Fine day much wilder, Pa's called here in the afternoon, in the sleigh,

Sun Dec 17- Very mild thawing the bit of snow off, I went to Church in the afternoon, Uncle, Aunt Nellie and I went to Thornhill in evening.

Mon Dec 18- Fine day, we were at home all day,

Tue Dec 19- Fine day, mild but a little sticky. Willie called in the morning

Wed Dec 20 Fine day. J. Farr called in the morning. Aunt Mattie came home on the 2.40 car. Pa's killed their turkeys, I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur Dec 21-Fine and mild, a little muddy. Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I went out to help to dress the church.

Fri Dec 22 Fine mild day, Willie here cutting feed, Mary came for tea. Annie & Lizzie called in the afternoon. Uncle and Aunt Nellie went to Thornhill in eve.

Sat Dec 23 Fine mild day. We went out to help to dress the church in the afternoon.

Sun Dec 24 Rained a little in the morning, Uncle {diarist put symbol for and} Aunt Nellie went to church, It came a little snow, turned colder, Annie and Lizzie called in the afternoon. We all went to Willies for tea.

Sun Dec 25 Xmas Day, We all spent the day at Pa's. It is very cold and frozen clear.

Tue Dec 26 Fine day and very cold Annie and Lizzie came here.

Wed Dec 27 Very cold, Lizzie here all day. I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening

Thur Dec 28 Fine but very cold, Tom and Sarah here for tea

Fri Dec 29 Fine but very cold. We went down to Mr Teasdale to skate. Zero Weather Uncle {diarist put symbol for and} Auntie went to G.Clarth.

Sat Dec 30 Fine day below zero. Uncle & Tom went to Weston.

Sun Dec 31 Cold day. Uncle and Aunt Mattie at church, I went to church in the afternoon

New Year 1900.

MonJan 1st. New Years Day.Fine and a little warmer. Pa's family also Tom and Sarah here to spend the day.

Tue Jan 2- A little stormy, just light snow, I went down to Ms Teasdales to skate, We had coffee and cake afterwards, beautiful evening

Wed Jan 3- Fine day, I went out to Thornhill in the morning, left my skates to be sharpened, Went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Thur Jan 4- Uncle took Aunt Nellie out to Thornhill to stay a few days at Miss Farr, We went down to Ms Teasdale to skate, Beautiful night about 13 on ice

Fri Jan 5- Fine day very mild Auntie called at Ms Calarks also at Pa's in the afternoon, Pa and the girls came over in the evening , Ma is at her Mothers.

Sat Jan 6- Fine day very mild, Uncle went out to Thornhill to bring Aunt Nellie home, I went down to skate in the evening.

Sun Jan 7- Rained a little quite muddy, Uncle and Aunt Mattie went to church in the morning and Aunt Nellie and Uncle at night. I went over to Ma's for a little while in the afternoon

Mon Jan 8- Fine day frozen up clean again, Aunt Lizzie and {Lnaud?} spent the day here, The girls and I went to skate in the evening. about a dozen on the ice

Tue Jan 9- Fine day. David spent the day here. Mr Gibson here for tea, I went skating in the evening about 23 out

Wed Jan 10- Fine day, Annie and Clara Teasdale also, Annie Cooper here for tea, We all went to prayer meeting

Thur Jan 11- Very disagreeable East wind, followed by snow at night. Mrs McElroy and Ma here for tea, T. Farr called

Fri Jan 12- Fine day. Some cutters out, snow is very light, I went up to Willies in the morning, Thomas and Libbis Cook also Pa's all here for tea,

Sat Jan 13- Snowed nearly all day, I went down to Mary Watsons in the afternoon

Sun Jan 14- Snowed nearly all day, Uncle and Aunt Mattie at Church, We were all over at Pa's for tea,

Mon Jan 15- Fine day untill evening it snowed heavily I walked out to Thornhill had tea at Ms Farr our people came out in the evning

Tue Jan 16- Fine day good sleighing we went out to Ms {Halziels?} to a Social, beautiful evening.

Wed Jan 17- Fine day a little colder, Morris Botham came. I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening

Thur Jan 18- Fine day untill evening it rained a little We had a few of the church people to tea

Fri Jan 19- Mild day, Uncle took Jennie Edey home in the evening, Snow going.

Sat Jan 20- Rained a little, turned a little colder, snow nearly all gone, I was at Watsons for tea Evans took the Colt away

Sun Jan 21- Fine day frozen up clean, Uncle and Aunt Mattie at Mrs Fasse for tea, and at church in the evening, Aunt Nellie and I at Church in afternoon frozen up clean.

Mon Jan 22- Fine day but sloppy, I walked to Thornhill Uncle and Aunt Nellie went to see Aunt Elizabet

Tue Jan 23- Fine day, very sloppy, untill evening it started to freez, Nellie called in the morning, Uncle was away with J. Farr all day, brought Oysters home.

Wed Jan 24- Very strong east wind and storming a little, We were at home all day.

Thur Jan 25- Mild and Thawing again untill evening it turned cold, Uncle took Aunt Mattie to W.A meeting at Miss wilcox; I went up to Willies to stay all night.


Friday Jan 26- Very cold and blowing all day, I came home from Nellies in the afternoon.

Sat Jan27- Fine day a little milder, Lizzie was here for tea Annie and I went skating, Aunt Mattie over at Pa's in the evening. Uncle at Thornhill.

Sun Jan 28- Snowed for a little in the morning . Uncle and Aunt Nellie went to church, Blustery in the afternoon, very cold at night we went to church

Mon Jan 29- Fine day but ectremely cold, Pa's Thrashing. I walked out to Thornhill in the afternoon. Some cutters out but mostly buggies.

Tue Jan 30- Very cold & windy. Thrashed untill 3 0 clock

Wed Jan 31- Fine day but very cold. Uncle and Aunt Nellie went out to Mr Farr for tea, I went to Prayer Meeting

Thur Feb 1.- Fine but as cold as ever. Aunt Nellie went up to call on Mrs Passmore.

Fri Feb 2nd- Fine and cold, I was down at Mr Teasdale for tea, Uncle and Aunt Mattie out at Ms Farr, Auntie remained for a few days.

Fri Aug 24 Fine and dreadful hot. We were at home. Uncle helped Pas to finish {Hungarian ?} Mary and the baby here for tea

Sat Aug 25 Still warmer. We were at home

Sun Aug 26th Fine but extremely hot. I stayed at home from church, Uncle and Aunt Mattie went; Tom Farr and the three little girls here also A and L for a while. We went over to Pa's for a while in evening. Mon Aug 27 Had a heavy rain last night, but no cooler now. Aunt Nellie came home also Douglas Applebe and Frances Morse came.

Tue Aug 28 Fine day dreadfully hot. Lizzie and Annie here to visit.

Wed Aug 29 Fine and a little cooler; The children went over to Pa's, I went in the afternoon

Thur Aug 30 Fine and warmer, the children at Pa's.

Fri Aug 31 Fine and very warm, Frances Morse went home. Aunt Mattie {diarist put symbol for 'and'} Mary went to town latter got her teeth out

Sat Sept 1 Fine day, very hot we went down to Mary Watsons for tea {libbie?} there also Hadwin and John Fisher.

Sun Sept 2 Fine day dreadfully hot, Uncle Aunt M went to church. T Farr here for dinner. We all went to church except Aunt M in eve.

Mon Sept 3 A shade cooler, rained heavily Douglas came back here. Lizzie here, Mr and Mrs Gibson here in the evening.

Tue Sept 4 Fine a little cooler, A and T here in the afternoon. Aunt Nellie at Mary's in evening.

Wed Sept 5 Beautiful day, cool Aunt Mattie, Annie and I at the Exhibition also Uncle

Thur Sept 6 Fine day, we were all at home untill evening I went to Thornhill Fri Sept 7 Fine and cool they all went to the Exhibition Aunt Mattie came home sick

Sat Sept 8 Aunt M very poorly. We were all home.

Sun Sept 9 Fine a little warmer, Pa Ma and the girls here to spend the day. The girls and I at M Church Thornhill in evening Uncle Douglas and I at morning church.

Mon Sept 10 Fine a little warmer. Lizzie here for tea.

Tue Sept 11 A little cooler, Annie and {Clara ?} Teasdale here for tea. Charlie here in the evening. Aunt Mattie a little better

Wed.Sept.12, Fine but very windy. had a terrific wind last night, blew all the apples down, Mr and Mrs Gibson and Miss Powel here to tea.

Thurs.Sept 13= Fine and cool, I went to Toronto on the noon Car, and went to Alices, Aunt-Lizzie came in evening.

Fri.Sept14th= Mary here for tea Aunt-Lizzie went home, I was at Alices and we went out to {Menro?} Park

Sat. Sept 15= Fine untill evening came and a very heavy rain when we were coming home, heavy thunder Mr.Farell here for tea, ; I was at Dr.McL. had three filled 1 wisdom in 1900.

Sun Sept 16= Cool wind. I went to Fisherville Church, Uncle & Aunt H, went to Thornhill Ch, Eve, Mary & Nellie also T. Fair here for tea,

Mon Sept 17. Cool and windy, Uncle, Aunt-M. and I at Thornhill in the evening.

Tue Sept 18= Uncle got me Apple Sauce made about 12 gallons. We all went to Harvest Home I was at Thornhill in afternoon. I changed pantry.

Wed Sept 19= Fine day cool. We were all at home

Thurs Sept 20= Auntie M. at Ma's for tea. We cleaned our clothes closets.

Fri Sept 21= We cleaned mans room, and put up little stove

Sat Sept 22= Lovely day. Warmer, I. Farr. called, Aunt Mattie went over to stay with Annie, I went to Mr Leasdales for tea.

Sun Sept 23, Fine warm day. Uncle and Aunt Nellie at morning Church, Uncle and I at Mr Farss for tea then we went to Church in the evening.

Mon Sept 24= Fine day. Aunt Mattie came home from Pas. I went up to call on Mabel Reaman.

Tues Sept 25- Fine day Aunt Mattie went to Toronto I went out to get my Library. We all went out to see Miss Haughton married.

Wed Sept 26= Very hot. Uncle brought our peaches, 55 lbs I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thurs Sept 27= Fine day. We were at home.

Fri Sept 28= Fine and a little warmer, Picking Potatoes

Sat Sept 29= Rained all morning but fine in the afternoon, I went to M Reamans for tea

Sun Sept 30= Fine day and warm;; Uncle and Aunt M at church I went to Fisherville. We went in evening to church

Mon Oct 1. Fine and warm. We were at home I went to change my Library.

Tues Oct 2. Fine day. We were all home.

Wed Oct 3 Very warm. I went to Prayer Meeting,

Thurs Oct 4= Fine day were at home

Fri Oct 5= very warm I went out to Library

Sat Oct 6= Very hot I called at Marys, David came

Sun Oct 7- rained heavily in afternoon; all left and and we went to evening Church

Mon Oct 8.. Fine cooler our people at Mrs {Dalyes or Dalzel} funeral. Aunt Rosilla, Alice & Aunt M came.

Sat Oct 13= Fine day warmer, Alice went home, Ma and The girls here for tea,

Tue Oct 16.. Rained a little in the morning Then very windy, Aunt Nellie and I went to Induction at Fisherville

Wed Oct 17= Fine heavy frost last night The first to freeze off, plants and tomatoes, Ma sold Thirty turkeys at 12 1/2 cts

Thurs Oct 18= Fine day, "Thanks Giving" Woodbridge Fair we went to Mr A Farrs; Mr Bothams came in evening, Cold day,

Fri Oct 19= Fine Mr Bothams left, Clara Leasdale here picking up Walnuts,

Sat Oct 20= Fine day, Lizzie here for tea,

Sun Oct 21= Fine and much warmer, Aunt Mattie and I went to Fisherville Mr Bennett preached Uncle and Aunties went to Church

Mon Oct 22= rained. little, I was at Mas, Michael, Elsie and Mary there, heard that Miss Erskine Smellie is married also Jacob Reamans had a baby on Wed last and {author writing in margins}aunt Rosilla went home.

Tue Oct 23= Rained in the morning. Aunt Mattie went up to call on Mrs Horne

Wed Oct 24= Fine day and mild. Mick at Mr Clarkes thrashing, I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thurs Oct 25= Fine day. we were at home a little foggy

Fri Oct 26= Fine untill afternoon came a heavy rain. We walked to Thornhill, got caught in rain Uncle in Toronto with Barley,

Sat Oct 27= Fine day but foggy, warm. Annie and Lizzie here for tea,

Sun Oct 28= Fine day, Uncle and Aunties at morning Church Uncle & I was at afternoon Ch. and Aunt M and I out in evening.

Mon Oct 29= Dull day and mild, at home.

Wed Oct 31= Fine but dull we took Lily to car I went to Prayer Meeting Uncle & Aunt M at Farrels

Thurs Nov 1= Fine day, we were at home.

Fri Nov 2= Fine day. Aunties started to do a rug. Aunt- M and I at Pas in the evening, Aunt M up staying with Mary.

Sat Nov 3. = Fine day and mild. Aunt Mattie and I out at Lydia Deans for tea, Mrs Froyer and Lydia here.
