Saw new plan of carrying accounts to book keeper in Pratt Watkins, which is balls on a double track roll backwards & forwards. Crowds outside & inside watching it. Come home after treating each other to pea nuts & taffy - make a lace collar & go to bed after twelve. We also called on Kate Cumming's while down town. |

Adrienne & Aunt Eliza, Henry, Eliza Smith here. Also Sarah Wallace, W. & G. & family. Sarah came from Toronto Sat. ev'g on 7 train. Toronto folks go home on late train (945). Alf.
