June, 1926

Monday. Cloudy, sultry and very windy. Noah Miller spent the forenoon with Walter. Ella did the washing. Vernon & Aubrey were plowing. A few little showers and distant thunderstorms tonight.

Tuesday. Fine and cool. Aubrey was cultivating. Vernon & Ella cut the thistles and weeds in the lane this p.m. and beans - planted the cabbage tonight.

Wednesday. Threatening. A few sprinkles of rain. Aubrey was working in the buckwheat field.

Thursday. Beautiful day Ella went to Elmira with Walter this morning and took the first train to Kitchener to meet Marie and little Albert. We had our dinner at Edith's and supper at Grandpa Krauters.
