February, 1926

27 Saturday Clear and very cold. Walkter left after breakfast and took a load of grit to Floradale but they had a breakdown there so he had to go to Elmira with it. The snow banks around the building here are heighes that they've ever been since we moved here. This pm Vernon shovelled away some snow and dug some horse radish and it sure tasted good for supper.

28 Sunday Not quite so cold. Snowflurries. We went to Woolwich church and S.School where Mr. Lee of Toronto gave us a good Temperance address. Mr & Mrs. Allen Wagner and children, Beatrice and Mabel were here for dinner.
