December MONDAY, 1

Done chores and repairing barn where boards were off. Chopping. Mr. Henderson, Janet and Mr. Dorkin here for tea. Blustery at times but not very cold.

TUESDAY,2

Done chores. Da brought up plough + got in corn. Brock over to see Hod's barn. Ground axes + saw, cleaned pens. Brock to town at night. Blustery at times and colder.

WEDNESDAY, 3

Done chores and cutting wood. Fine but rather dull,
