The sills of some durable timber. The sleepers of cedar. The frame to be a good Substantial one and finished all ready for Siding Roofing & flooring. I am to find the joists of sawn timber also Rafters and sheds of the same. The sleepers are to be two feet apart the joists & Rafters eighteen inches from centre to Centre. I find board for him and his hands. The Frame to be ready by the 15th. of September . James Davidson 56 lbs of Flour.
