Ada, Fannie Thompson & I go up to Lewiston. Get Fannie ticket to Chicago on Boat from McMillan $1530 ccdly {accordingly} remain at Tannery most of day.

SEPTEMBER SUNDAY 3 1876

Wife & Ada go to Methodist Church. I stay at Home Stocking calls & I walk down with him. Lawder comes in. I walk to Hotel with Mrs Lawder & JMS meet Robt Dickson & have talk
