November XTHURSDAY, 13
Chopping + cleaning hen pens in forenoon. Killed a pig this afternoon. Snowing all day and frozen too hard to plough.
FRIDAY, 14
Brock to Moorefield with 11 pigs and Da cut up pig in forenoon. Brock took a load of coal down town for Adam Flath and brought me home. Da drew in a load of corn and choring. Flurries of snow and real cold wind.
SATURDAY, 15
Brock chopping and went for another load of coal early in morning. Took down garden fence in afternoon and duck pens and choring. We to town at night Quite bright day and a little milder
SUNDAY, 16
Brock to church at night Bright and not very cold.
