Fri 3rd. Drove two Maria's to Oakville this morning to catch "Southern Belle" for Toronto. I saw Clara Taylor & Mannie her sister. Also Norah Lean who saw Martha has gone to Manitoulin Isd. for her health with her sister Mary. Three Hourtises were on boat also this morning. Max drove them down in democrat & brought them home at night. Grant with down with him to meet them to-night. Our girls rode home from Oakville with them. I went to John Dorland's & got him to extract a tooth & fill one this morning. Have to go again soon to get more filled. My face ached all day afterwards & was much swollen. Mrs. Bray here in afternoon.
Sat. 4th. Picking berries in A.M. & trimming hats in P.M.
Sun. 5th. Went to Church & S.S. as usual but did not stay to Fellowship Meeting. Mr. Ferguson preached from Matt. 7. 13-14. Walked home with Bray girls Mr. Al. Peacock
