Tues 6 Hot, planting potatoes Mrs Deans came over in the evening
Wed 7 Hotter, finished planting potatoes, Alex went to Woodstock Mrs Deans learning to ride a bicycle this afternoon
Thur 8 A little cooler, began working our root ground
Fri 9 Drilling for turnips, went over to convention in the evening
Sat 10 Finished sowing our turnips
Sun 11 Went to Burns Church, communion
Mon 12 Drawing stones all day for Ed.
Tues 13 Warm building wire fence, went down to choir practice in the evening
Wed 14 Finished fence in the forenoon, digging post holes afternoon, raining to night
Thur 15 Drizzling rain, fencing forenoon, getting cooler
Fri 16 Fencing forenoon, cleaning wheat afternoon went down to presentation at Hickson in the evening had a very enjoyable time
Sat 17 Fine, took a load of wheat to Tavistock and a load of posts home Alex and Mother went over to Uncle Dan Mcphersons this afternoon
Sun 18 Went to Burns Church in the morning Mr Howell preached, went over to Tommy Greenslade's in the evening
Mon 19 Warm, drawing dirt forenoon, went to Tavistock with a load of chop afternoon
Tues 20 Cloudy and cool, drawing gravel for Ed Mr Marson killed this afternoon Jemima and I went down to the wake.
Wed 21 Setting posts
Thur 22 Putting up fence forenoon, went to funeral afternoon
