S. 12th. Father helping C F S. Robert to Hutchinsons thrashing. Making shingles etc. sent some away this noon time A Newspaper from England announcing the death of Grandfather Leeder in his Ninety fifth year. John Davidson half day cutting peas. this is to pay for the use of Roberts Barn.
M. 14th. Vater Father & Robert cutting peas Cut timothy seed. Veal of C F S. lbs 12, 12 ozs. to be paid in meat.
T. 15th. Varter Father Robert and self cutting peas. C F S. cow the third time to Bull.
W. 16th. Hauled Roberts Fall wheat in today
Th. 17th. Hauled in seven loads of peas.
F. 18th. Hauled insome n two loads of peas. George Mogg a cow to Bull. Robert cutting peas Father at Idens myself cutting timothy.
S. 19th. Cutting peas. Father 1/2 day at Idens.
M 21st. Cutting peas.
T. 22nd. Cutting peas finished.
W. 23rd. Father and me hoeing turnips. Robert commenced plowing the fallow the second time. Commenced to feed the little pigs new peas at the rate of six pints each meal.
Th. 24th. Hauling in peas.
F. 25th. Hauling in peas. finished. Settled with John Davidson for cutting the fall wheat let him have 66 lbs of flour this is 109 on a/c.
S. 26th. Hoeing turnips me and Father. Robert plowing put our sow and pig into the pea field.
M. 28th. John Davidson cut the wheat in the orchard. Robert and Father binding after him. Myself a plow.
T. 29th. Robert plowing Father and self Hoeing.
W. 30th. 1/ and a 1/2 dozen fish of Iden. Robert thrashing and hoeing. Father hoeing. myself not very well.
Th. 31st. Mr Goble Killed two sheep for Robert. Hoeing & Plowing.
