W. 19th. Father to Mr. Heugoes thrashing. Robert and I finished draging in the fall wheat: I thrashed some peas.
Th. 20th. Cleaned up about five bushls. of peas. This afternoon Father and Robert went to C F S. draging but it came on wet so that the two together only made half a day. I was helping father to make ditch.
F. 21st Father & Robert 3/4 of a day at C F Ss. The oxen 11/4 day. Myself half day sowing.
S. 22nd. Myself half day sowing wheat. Robert and oxen & Father and oxen draging, Hugoes heifer to bull.
M. 24th. Cutting and hauling wheat.
T. 25th. Received of C.F. Schwendker the sum of Sixty Six Dolrs this money Share borrowed of him to pay the Instalment nearly due on my land, to the Canada Trust and Loan Com. made some covers for Roberts grain boxes etc.
W. 26th. Borrowed $2.00 of Iden Goble. Obtained a post office order of J.J. Lehnen for the sum of Sixty Seven Dolrs and Sent the same in a registered letter to J. H. Mason, Secretary of the Canada Permanent Credit and Savings Society Toronto.
Th. 27th. Doing a little at C. F. S's new stable. Cutting wheat and hauled the same. Twenty five lbs of Pork of Mutter
F. 28th. Working at C F Ss stable, Finished cutting and hauling wheat.
S. 29th. Sundries. Working at C F S.s stable.
