7 Bushls. & 20 lbs of fall wheat to John Smith.

F. 28th. Sowed about an acre of fall wheat this finished the sowing of Roberts Home field. I have sown about 15 Bushls. on the twelve acres. James Davidson dragging. John Goble firing in house. Andrew Salter half day with his Bulls this finished his work for his pig.

S 29th. James Davidson draging. John Goble half day. Finished draging in the wheat I sowed. The following is a fair Valuation of Lands & Building on the different farms held by Robert, Phil & Myself. West end Rental of Lots 31 & 32 in possession of Robert Parker Leeder. Containing 45 Acres of Land 35 of which is under cultivation with a Frame. House there on, Total Value $918. Nine hundred and eighteen Dol. Also Thirty Acres on the west side of Lot Num. 8 in the Sixth concession of the Value of $120 One hundred & Twenty Dolrs. Also of Leeder being the Eastern ends of Lots No 31 & 32 in the Lake Shore Range Containing Forty five Acres of Land. Twenty of which is cleared. This is Valued at $495 Four hundred & Ninety five Dolrs. Also on Lot No 8 in the Sixth Concession Thirty Acres on the Eastern Side of the Value of One hundred & Twenty Dolrs.
