W 24th. Fred three meals. Philip plowing.
Th 25th. Fred two meals. Philip plowing half day & to Hilkers raising the other half. Planted my seed turnips also Beets & Carrots. Posted a letter to the Emigration Agent Quebec.
F 26th. Two meals to Fred.
S. 27th. Fred one meal. To this date 47 meals Philip half day plowing. Let Fred have his double gun again.
S. 28th. Fred one meal.
M. 29th. Fred two meals. Philip plowing half day for me. 1 Dozn Herrings of Iden Goble.
T. 30th. Fred three meals. Philip plowing & draging 181/2 Bushls of wheat of Iden at 80 cts per Bushl. Sowed six Bushls of wheat in the orchard.
May W. 1st. Fred two meals. Paid Iden 10 Dolrs on the wheat & half a Dolr was paid which leaves the sum of 4.30 due
