I owe Philip a balance of 3.5 cents after balancing our old A/Cs. and deducting $222.00 which I had paid for him on Family AC over and above my share of said A/C. five Cords of wood at 50 per cd. 2.50. Plough 10.00 Drag 5.00 3 pigs 6.00. Steer 20.00. Bull. 28.00 Sliegh. 4.50 Peas. 6.00 Old Box .75 wheel barrow 4.00 50 Bushls wheat 25.00 15. Bags 6.00. Steelyards 1.50. Hoe. 621/2. Brest Chains, Curry Comb. little chain. etc. Kennedys A/C. 6.25. MacLachlin 1.33 Oats to E. Shupe 12.B. 17 lbs. @ 49 cts.=%.00. Salter 3.5 cts. 4 Pine logs of Mr. Delf I have to get they must stand 22 inches I have to get from Jake Rawn 35 feet Pine flooring it a sum the above down to Salter, the items below. Salter will be credited to Philip. My indebtedness to Philips $133 Dolrs. 1/2 cts. On the beach to L & Ruby 71/4 Cords of wood on P H Leeders A/C 11/4 of dry Do Do Do. Hauling 40 Bags of wheat to Lake for L & Ruby at a cent & half per Bag. Philip gave me a Deed of his place in trust, and me and my wife have bound ourselves our heirs or ?assimeess? that upon his paying us what is our just due for improvements or other such moneys as are paid out by us, for his good that we or they will or shall give him a Deed of the land again. Witnessed his will in case of his death. Sent H. Hilker 100 Dolrs. at 12 per ct. till Sep. next or before & received his Note. Paid Shantz his sawng a/c from last winter of $2.16 cts. 4 B . of Peas to Saml. Bricker.
