F.11.th. Fred one day.
S. 12th. Fred 1 day. Paid the postage on the New Jeru. Magazine 24 cts. Traded my plow off to MacLachlin for another I have paid him three and a half Dorls. to boot. I am to have the new plow nest Wednes. Bought Two Caves for four Dolrs of Mr. J. D. David I have to pay 28 lbs of Oats of Robert this makes him and me right on our Oat A/C.
S. 13th.
M. 14th. Bought a cow of James Stuart for which I have given a Note at Eight months for $14. Bought of Fred a small pockett book a york shilling 1/2 a day helping Robert to lay out plowing. Fred W. 1 day.
T. 15th. Fred 1 day. Bought shot belt & powder horn of Fred for 1 Dolr.
W 16th. Fred 1 day
Thu. 17th. Fred 1 day. Settled with Fred for 111/2 days at 5 yorkers per day=$7. 19 cts. paid. Received from Kepkie per L & R $1.75 cts. this is the balance he was due me on the peas. Lent Brother Fred $4.00.
