completely prepare nine acres off Lot 32 Lake Range commencing at the Goderich line for the sum of Four & a half Dolrs. per acre. I am to have the land ready for him to commence on by the middle of July and he agrees to have the land ready by the first of September or forfeit the half Dolr on each acre. I pay him on the first of September if the job is completed or if not when completed. I board him.
