After arrangements have been made for the donation of a transcribed or copied diary, it will be considered for digitization and will be catalogued in the Rural Diary Archive project’s secure digital storage site at the University of Guelph. When practicable and appropriate, transcribed diaries may be made available and searchable on the Rural Diary Archive website and copies of handwritten diaries may be made available for transcription.
