Mon Jan20th Fine stay, moderately cold, I went up to Marys for a while in the afternoon. Uncle finished hauling his wood. Tue Jan 21st._ Fine morning, both rather stormy in the afternoon we were at home. Wed Jan 22nd Very stormy snowed and drifted all last night and today, Thurs Jan 23rd. Fine day, but snow very deep road not open until about 4. O'clock, about 14 inches of snow the greatest storm in a quarter of century with the exception that being Dec, 1898, Fri Dec Jan 24 th.~ Fine day, quiet mild. Mr. Alf. Kellers sale, Sat Dec 25 Th, _ Fine and mild, Uncle and I at Barrsills mill in the morning then brought Mary and the children down, then took them home at night Sun Dec Jan 26th Snowing in the morning, then turned to rain misting and dull all day.
