Sat Oct 11_ Fine day much warmer. Elsie Tisdale and Elmore Reaman here for two bags of Nuts, Aunt Mattie and I walked out to Thornhill. Earnie Parkinson buried. Auntie brot Mary.
Sun Oct 12. Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I at Church Very dull day, but did not rain untill evening. Willies also Annie and Lizzie here for tea.
Mon Oct 13_ Cleaned back stairs and the Clothes Closets, damp, squawly day.
Tue Oct 14_ Fine day, the men commenced of roots. We cleaned upstairs. T. Farr here.
Wed Oct 15_ Fine day. we washed and did general work Aunties walked to Thornhill in the afternoon I went to Pas, he has a boil on his arm, Ma took her turkeys to Toronto and got fifteen cents a pound.
