13 Wednesday. Fine day. Walter sowed the mangelo today. Aubrey was plowing in the corn field. Ella was down at Earl's this afternoon helping to paper the dining room and stayed for tea.

14 Thursday. Clear. Cold wind Walter shipped hogs at Elmira. Aubrey was plowing.

15 Friday Lovely warm day. Ella saw bobolinks. Walter spent the forenoon in Alma. Aubrey was plowing. Ella cleaned the parlor and dining room today.

16 Saturday. Cloudy morning Rain this afternoon. Walter finished the manure and Aubrey was plowing. Silas Bauman visited us today and was here for dinner and supper. Aubrey went to Drayton tonight. Art Kliuck took Salome down to the Hospital again for an operation.
