Mon 18th. Gio estimated going home tonight on 5:30 train but a very heavy thunderstorm prevented him. Maria came down on that train and waited at Bisnte station till after rain then walked home in the mud. She has our summer dresses of ecre's nun's vailing Gil left his parcels at station. Maggie and Miss Sarah Barnall called this evening.

Tues 19th. More heavy showers today. Maria and Geo go over to Mandy's and get caught in rain. Geo shifting in foreman went to Bray's for dinner. Maria drove George to station.
