April 1925.

1 Wednesday. Clear, cold & windy Cornelius left our place today and Dick Van Gelst went with him Cornelius may go to Bloomingdale to work for Amasa Schweitzer. Aubrey Lawson arrived today. Walter attended the annual business meeting at the church this a.m. Snowflurries this p.m. Lincoln Weaver was here for dinner and Walter went to Elmira with him. Adam Mattusch died suddenly at Elmira today.

2 Thursday. Drizzly this morning. Cleared up fine. Ella went to Elmira with Walter and had her tooth treated by Dr. Hellis. Walter also had some work done. Ella had her dinner at Art. Kliuck's. Walter Ella & Vernon went to the Literary at {illegible} Norman Snider's. First ride in the coupe. for this spring. Walter sang in several quartets with N. Snider, Augus Weber & Philip Beisel The men {wendered?} the programme.
