Wed Aug 8. Fine bright and {clear?} perfect day. and complete change in weather after rain for weeks.
Thur Aug 9. Fine bright and warmer.
Fri Aug 10. Fine and very warm. {illegible} bad. a little shower. in night and turned cooler. Weiner Roast,
Sat Aug 11. Fine and colder. very high wind and water rough, we all walaked to Sutton in the morning.
Sun Aug 12. Fine bright and quite warm, a perfect day. Wylie took us for a short drive in the a.m. and a long drive in the afternoon to Beaverton {illegible} at. United Church Service in the eve.
Mon Aug 13. Fine and quite warm a perfect day.
Tue Aug 14. Fine and warm came home on the 2. P.M. car, Lorraine with me. Mrs D, mother went out to stay.
Wed Aug 15. Fine and very warm. cut and clipped grass. did a little washing and cleaned {illegible} A. came home here at night.
Thur Aug 16. Fine very wrm and sultry. T. in evening.
Fri Aug 17. Fine but gentle warm. I called to invite Mr and Mrs Delaport.
Sat Aug 18. Fine and quite cool. Sale of cooking on Mr Francis lawn I got cake and tarts. Mr and Mrs Delaporte and Miss Edey for tea. T. in eve. Annie at {illegible} {Jea?} for {illegible}
Sun Aug 19. Fine and moderately warm a perfect day. I went to morning church. John. Felicia and Verne for tea. went dor a drive in the evening.T.
