Mon Aug 20. Fine and moderately warm. cut grass. washed. Mrs Davidson and children went on their holiday. Wedding in United Ch. Pauline Billesman and Mr Bowie.

Tue Aug 21. Fine and moderately warm at first a light shower in after. first since about Aug 5th Civic holiday.

Wed Aug 22. Fine and cooler. Annie and I in Toronto. she went to A.Hamiltons for tea. I came home early. got cucumbers at Mr {Wiltshires?}. at Annies for night.

Thur Aug 23. Fine and moderately warm. I made sweet cucumber Pickles.

Fri Aug 24. Cool east wind rained for a couple hours about noon then cleared and bright and cool. Mrs Mason. Mr Hamilton and Annie at Annies for tea. {illegible} Mrs D. supper.

Sat Aug 25. Fine bright, perfect day. cool. Mrs Davidson came home about noon. {illegible} show in the Rink. did not have a {illegible} this year.

Sun Aug 26. Beautiful day. bright and clear. at morning church. for a walk in afternoon. the children came to Annies. T.

Transcription Tips

  • Note: If a line on one page appears to carry over on the same line on the next page, please check the next page and (if applicable) transcribe both pages together as if they are one page. Type your unified transcription under the first of the two pages.
