Thur Oct 11. Fine and extremely warm. 82 no need of fire Mr Thomson brought my fur coat $85.00, Annie here for tea, Herb Hooper passed away about 7.30.
Fri Oct 12. Fine and very mild but damp. Mrs D. and I called at Mrs Hooper in afternoon.
Sat Oct 13. Raining in the morning and most of last night then cleared but cool and damp. H.Hooper buried in afternoon.
Sun Oct 14. Fine and bright a perfect day. at morning church. out for a walk. company for tea.
Sun Oct 15. Fine and mild. foggy in the evening. Annie. Mrs D. and I at the {illegible} and Davee at the Golf Club. a big crowd. called at Mr Collins for Toronto tomato mustard.
Mon Oct 16. Raining. gently in the evening. and a very damp air but mild. rained heavily in night.
Tue Oct 17. Fine at first. very damp and warm. showery in eve. in Toroto at Hepp- Mr H. connected pipes. {illegible} of {illegible}
Wed Oct 18. Raining most of morning then foggy. Carleton girls out.
Thur Oct 19. g.cook.afternoon Dull and misty but showery early in eve then cleared about 7. PM. Mrs D. and I went to see Pick- Wick at the empire with the Boyles, tickets $1.00. home at 12. PM. no need of fire a couple of days.
Fri Oct 20. Fair and bright. quite cool. Mr Davidson put in Window. I went to {illegible}. apron & cap 75 cents Mr D. started to pick apples.
