Sun Oct 21. Fine bright perfect day. I went to morning church. "Children's Service." Mrs D and I for a walk then she and I went to Willowdale to hear {illegible} Mr McDonald in eve. Annie here. the children went home.

Mon Oct 22. Fair with exception of night.put in double door, Apples to F {Bruce?}

Tue Oct 23. Fair but damp. I called at Miss Edeys in afternoon.

Wed Oct 24. A light shower in the morning, then clear and bright I Miss Simp Toronto at H- Annie went down early.

Thur Oct 25. $1.00 for Carnatons g.g.c. A light shower then clear, in Toronto at Hepp Annie went to A. Hamiltons for lunch. and here for tea.

Fri Oct 26. Dull and damp. then colder in evening. it has been rather disagreeable weather of late, not much rain but damp. no leaves raked too damp. Mrs D picking apples all week.

Sat Oct 27. Fine but cold, a very, very, heavy frost this morning everything blackened. I have cramps and quite sick.

Sun Oct 28. Fair and turning very cold. I went to morning church and for a drive with Jame's and there for tea at Annies for the night, little fire in furnace yester-day and to-day, Mr D. lighted theirs.

Mon Oct 29. Fair but very cold, clothes froze on line, Mrs Davidson picking apples. I took old black coat to be pressed at R.Hill called at Misses Page. some sleet and little flurries of snow.

Tue Oct 30. Fine and bright after a very heavy frost last night. I went to Toronto, called to see J.Cook at Hospital.

  • Note: If a line on one page appears to carry over on the same line on the next page, please check the next page and (if applicable) transcribe both pages together as if they are one page. Type your unified transcription under the first of the two pages.
