Wed Oct 31. Fine and milder. I raked and burnt some leaves. not all down yet but burn well. Hallow'een"
Thur Nov 1. Fine and quite mild. mr D. and I went to {illegible} and Bridge at Mrs Fees, Institute in aid of East end Hospital. "Cot." about twenty tables.
Fri Nov 2. Fine but dull and damp. I went for my coat $1.00 called to see Willie and Mereie.
Sat Nov 3. Rained gently last night. and heavy mist from the east all day. quite mild. no need of furnace.
Sun Nov 4. Fine and bright moderately cold. I was at morning and evening church. for a walk with Mrs D. and met her friends the Sturtons, they took us for a drive to Maple. over to R.H. and down Yonge st home.
Mon Nov 5. Fine day. Mr Harrison put in Annies furnace light fire at night, but not finished.
Tue Nov 6. Fine and bright but a terrific wind all day.
Wed Nov 7. Fine and mild a perfect day. I was in Toronto home early and raked and burnt some apple leaves. Miss McRimon called when I was away. Jennie Hooker moved to her Mothers, I am at Annies this week as she does not like to leave furnace.
Thur Nov 8. Rained gently all night. and a few flakes of snow this a.m. dull and turning colder. Mrs D. in Toronto.
Fri Nov 9. Fine and moderately cold. K- helping Annie clean. Jennie Hooker has second nurse.
