Sun 27th.. / 89. Jan. It very stormy. went to S.S. sang in choir stayed for church. Called in Berthas a little while. Ida & E.M. & Jane went over home for tea. Us all alone just going to write a letter when Dave & Arthur came through storm. Had a good sing till 10.30. Then Dave went to get his coat on & Ida took him in pantry then Arthur & I went in other pantry & had cookies etc. then I made ginger tea & it 12 B.4 they went.

Mon 28th.. A & I washed I went to bed 7.30.

Tues 29th.. Lovely sleighing. Mr & Mrs Williams called on Jane Arthur B called through & asked us to go for sleigh ride up to Alfs I upstairs talking out of window to him He & Dave called for us at 6.30. Johnie F. & Ida & I went called for Bertha & Geo Williams. Had mouth organ & singing all the way. It 8.30 when got there. S & A just going to bed so had to "fire up" once more & we stayed till 1 O'clock. Had splendid time. Dave & Geo kept us laughing all the time. It 2.30 when got home.

Wed 30th.. Baking & ironing very busy Annie & Will came off noon train to go to Viola Curtis wedding. I went to bed & slept from 2 till 4. Our Annie went also to wedding. I writing to bed. 9.

Thur 31st.. Jan. Stormy. Meals all hrs. Annie & Will went home on noon train. Jane & E.M. went to Oakville I went to P.O. Mr & Mrs Cline & Kate Blanchard came for tea & evening. Had a nice time it 10. when they left.

Frid 1st.. Afa & Charlotte B. called in P.M. I rode over to Annies B. to see if Arthur would take a load up to literary. Arthur came along when I was there & I got a ride home. Geo W. in sleigh coming home from School so he drove through our place. Said that he tho't he would take
